According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Cons:

Foi cobrado um valor adicional pelo meu filho de 16 anos. No entanto o quarto selecionado já estava identificado com a presença dele e o valor confirmado na reserva. Isso nunca aconteceu em outros hotéis e pousadas que reservei seja no Brasil ou fora do país.

Atendimento na recepção. O hotel é ok, atendeu para uma noite, mas eu não voltaria. Pior café da manhã das minhas experiências, em sabor e em atendimento.

Cons:

Café da manhã… muito fraco em opções mas principalmente em sabor, deixa a desejar, e o pior, 10:00h em ponto fecharam as portas, o que concordo , mas também recolhem tudo, haviam ainda umas 4 / 5 mesas e mesmo vc estando no salão não te deixam terminar, e detalhe, todos tinham chegado com antecedência, era uma questão de mais uns 10 min só para terminar mesmo, mas te expulsaram literalmente.

Quando questionei sobre a diária do estacionamento que fica no hotel não souberam dizer como funcionava. No final das contas a diária é de 12 horas o que nao faz nenhum sentido já que o dia tem 24 horas. Além disso tive um anel roubado no estacionamento.
O wifi é fraco.

Comodidad y accesibilidad
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, con acceso a la avenida paulista y el barrio seguro y con muchas opciones de entretenimiento. Instalaciones limpias, en buenas condiciones y muy cómodas. Buena relación precio/ calidad. Al volver a San Pablo me hospedaré de nuevo allí
