According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Não gostei dos funcionários que eu uma pessoa da melhor idade eles nem se ofereceram para me ajudar com a mala e mochila que para mim estavam pesadas , como estava frio precisei levar mais agasalhos

Location is great very safe area and walkable locations in the area.
When we first checked into the room, I found someone else’s hair on the bed and pillows, as if someone had already slept there and the bed had simply been made afterward. After noticing the hair, I checked more carefully and also found a small dead spider (possibly even a bed bug , I have a photo for reference).
I was also told by reception that the sauna would be open at 9:00 AM. Although it was open, the sauna itself was not working.
There are many better options available in the area. The photos are quite misleading compared to the actual experience. I would not stay here again.

Já fiquei antes nesse hotel, café da manhã bom, excelente localização, staff atencioso, mas quando fizer a reserva faça questão de solicitar um quarto já reformado. (Andares mais altos, como o 12)
Dessa vez nos deram um quarto no 1 andar, ainda com a banheira, um desastre, apertadíssimo, o ralo (ou a banheira, não sei qual) vazava e o banheiro ficou todo encharcado. Muito incômodo!
