Hatten eine super Zeit in London, tolles Wetter, aber nie wieder dieses Hotel... nie wieder.. Schade
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ganz gut, allerdings das traditionelle English Breakfast hat gefehlt: keine Bohnen und Speck, lediglich Rührei. Es gab nur ein Kaffe Automat, dieser war öfters out of Order, leider hat es das Personal nicht hinbekommen, diese wieder in Gang zu setzten. Und es wurde oft nicht nachgefüllt, nur nach Nachfrage, dann wurde Wasser oder O-Saft nachgefüllt. Es war ok, aber nicht überragend, auch war kein frisches Obst da, nur Obstsalat. Das Personal war freundlich beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Völlig überteuert, würde ich nicht mehr buchen, weit weg von der U-Bahn Station. Mini-Zimmer, kein Schränkchen gar nichts, das Bad ist sehr alt und müsste mal wieder renoviert werden. Das Doppelbett sehr klein, max.140 cm.. Das Personal an der Rezeption auch nicht so toll, gaben oft unterschiedliche Aussagen und waren nicht immer freundlich. Schade, hatten uns mehr erhofft für diesen Preis, aber wir haben das beste daraus gemacht, waren ja nur zum schlafen und frühstücken im Hotel...

Lovely cheap stay in heart of London Victoria
Pros:

Great location. Good sized room just painted, nice and fresh. Lovely staff, very helpful. Lots of bus, trains and shops in walking distance

Cons:

Very thin walls to the next room where guests were loud at night.

Perfecta ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, barrio bonito con paradas de autobús en la misma calle y metro a 10 min caminando

Cons:

El café gratuito de maquina está horrible. Pedimos limpiar la habitación y solo le dieron la vuelta al edredón.

Buena calidad-precio y muy bien situado

Pros:

Bohatá snídaně, teplé nápoje k dispozici po celý den, zastávka autobusu hned u hotelu - dobrá dostupnost.

Cons:

Prostor pokoje extrémně malý - ani příruční kufr nebylo kde rozložit. Sprchová hlavice napevno, takže míří přímo na vás a buď se opaříte nebo na vás rovnou teče ledová voda (musíte si teplotu nachystat předem, než do sprchy vlezete). Umyvadlo tak malé, že se do něj nevleze ani malá plastová láhev na napuštění vody.
Měli jsme špinavé závěsy i fleky na povlečení. Pokoje obecně velmi staré a postele opravdu měkké (potíže ze zády, takže to bylo velmi nevyhovující, ale to je subjektivní). Starý výtah špatně fungoval. Všude ve společných prostorách hrozný vzduch, nedýchatelno a bez klimatizace, alespoň na pokoji šlo trochu (ne úplně) otevřít okno.
Uložení kufrů za £3.50/ks.
