The breakfast was amazing and the location was great.

Cons:

​I booked this hotel based on the spacious room photos on Booking.com, but our experience was the opposite. The room was extremely cramped for a family and lacked essential amenities like a desk or functional storage for clothes (only a coat cupboard). If you are traveling with a group or have luggage, be aware that the rooms may not reflect the images online.

Prima voor 1 of 2 nachten, maar verwacht er niet te veel van.
Pros:

De locatie was heel goed. Binnen 10 minuten met de metro was je in het centrum. Ook het personeel was vriendelijk!

Cons:

De kamers waren enorm klein. Je kon nauwelijks normaal rondlopen. Het grootste probleem was de badkamer. De douche was erg vies, en de wasbak was kapot. Het water liep nauwelijks weg. Moesten met een flesje al het water eruit halen en in de wc gooien. Aangezien het verblijf kort was hebben we dit zo opgelost, en aangegeven bij het uitchecken.

Location was fantastic, staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Our room was ok, maybe needs some modernisation but was everything we needed. We could also hear room above our room that sounded like river dance took a bit to get used to it maybe lacked a little soundproofing but had everything we needed and very close to amenities. So overall it was pretty adequate.

Pieza estrecha, y toda la noche se escuchaba un ruido que no dejaba dormir (no sé si era el ascensor u otra maquinaria). El dia que nos fuimos (temprano) no nos ofrecieron ningun “box” para llevar de desayuno (que estaba pagado).

Pros:

The reception stuff is kind and helpful not sure what his name was but the guy who worked afternoon shifts was welcoming and happy to help. Location is really good the neighbourhood is lovely, underground station is nearby. It takes around 15 minutes to get to big ben.

Cons:

I must say the pictures are extremely misleading. The rooms look nothing like on the pictures. The room is extremely small the furniture is outdated, the floor is cracked. The towels have a weird damp smell. We payed 280 for 3 nights and i know you get what you pay for therefore we did not expect much, but i thinks the pictures on the site should be realistic and some stuff in the rooms must be fixed.
