Cons:

Avevo scelto questa struttura per la comodità del check-in in autonomia, ma il soggiorno ha deluso le mie aspettative. Il prezzo è decisamente alto rispetto a quanto offre: camera sporca, odore di chiuso, ambienti e bagno molto datati e nessuna colazione inclusa. Nel complesso prezzo troppo alto per quello che offre.

Discreto rapporto qualita' prezzo, consigliabile pero' solo per soggiorni brevi
Pros:

comodo il parcheggio privato in loco anche se c'era comunque la possibilita' di parcheggiare sulla strada , pratica la possibilita' di accedere alla camera a tutte le ore tramite codici numerici forniti via SMS . Per sostare una o due notti va bene.

Cons:

Numero e disposizione delle prese di corrente problematico , un cellulare abbiamo dovuto metterlo in carica utilizzando la presa del bagno, oltretutto questa presa era incassata nel muro, aveva il supporto posteriore rotto e quindi era in una situazione precaria. C'era a disposizione un phon ma non abbiamo potuto usarlo perche' la ventola non funzionava , in compenso la resistenza si accendeva con conseguente rischio incendio dello stesso. In generale la pulizia e' stata buona tranne per la moquette che era in condizioni pessime , bagno abbastanza grande e funzionale a parte la mancanza di appoggi vicino al lavandino, non abbiamo sperimentato la doccia. In camera c'era uno split di aria condizionata che non sappiamo se funzionasse o meno, il telecomando per accenderlo comunque non lo abbiamo trovato.
