La situación es inmejorable y el personal muy atento y dispuesto. La habitación amplia y el baño muy amplio.
Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos sacar el coche del parking unas horas después del checkout.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, quizá una renovación del mobiliario de la habitacion.

Mesas del desayuno muy pequeñas.
En la habitación había un plafón de luz que no estaba disponible porque faltaba el plafón, aviso a recepción y me dicen que lo repararían al día siguiente, pero ni caso. Dejamos la habitación en las mismas condiciones que la encontramos.

Sucio, viejo y descuidado
Pros:

La localización y la amabilidad del chico de recepción.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia, la cama llena de pelos, la nevera estropeada, no enfriaba y hacía muchísimo ruido, la domótica de las cortinas un desastre. Solicitamos cambio pero como llegamos de noche no nos cambiaron las sábanas ni la habitación.
Escribimos una queja a dirección y nadie ha respondido aún.

Heerlijke plek midden in Girona, perfecte uitvalsbasis.
Vriendelijke personeel en een lekker ontbijt met een verse jus machine.
Leuke tentoonstelling met Dali attributen..

Cons:

Het meeste werd bedient door robotica, in de eerste kamer ( 1e nacht) werkte dit niet daarna kregen we een andere kamer daar werkte het beter.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was nice, and they have a parking spot in their garage which you can reserve before checking in.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no hot water when I tried to take a shower before bed. I had to call the front desk and wait about 20 minutes before the water became at least lukewarm. The next morning, I had to run the shower for nearly 10 minutes before any hot water came through. That’s not what I expect from a four‑star hotel. The staff apologized but didn’t offer any refund or compensation for the inconvenience. As I mentioned, this level of service is disappointing for a four‑star property.

Pasé frio durmiendo en la habitación. Con el termóstato fijado a 28ºC de forma constante (el máximo que permitía), la habitación no superó los 20 grados. El ventilador arrancaba constantemente cada poquito tiempo con un ruido grande que llegaba a despertar.

Een geweldige locatie om Girona te ontdekken. De accommodatie is zelf een museum en een genot om rond te kijken. En zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

La estancia fue buena, el desayuno genial, pero lo de los controles remotos está muy mal gestionado.

El personal, muy atento, y la decoración de museo de todo el edificio.

Cons:

La habitación tiene un control centralizado junto a la puerta. Es extremadamente incómodo, teniendo en cuenta que tiene 2 pisos, y que el mando del 2o piso no funcionaba, o era muy complicado. No pudimos accionar nada.

Girona é realmente um lugar incrível e o hotel é uma atração especial nesse lindo lugar.
Pros:

Localização excelente, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, atendimento muito bom na recepção, com especial destaque para César e Viktoria a quem agradecemos imensamente pela gentileza, carinho e até ao nosso conforto durante toda a estada.

Pequenos pontos de desgaste na mobiliária e nas paredes do quarto.
