Great location and hotel in the city centre of Girona! Everything is in walking distance and the hotel is really quiet. Very good breakfast and the staff of the hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful.

Many thanks to the hotel staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an early departure, and the staff kindly arranged breakfast for us before it officially started

Tive dificuldades ao chegar tarde e ficar no frio para conseguir entrar
La ubicació. És perfecta perquè estàs a tocar del centre històric i tot l'entorn és molt bonic i ple de comerços i locals. Tens la possibilitat d'aparcar al parquing de l'hotel i les places són amples i s'aparca molt bé.
(1) Vam interactuar amb 3 persones diferents de recepció; totes molt amables, però cap no va ser capaç d'atendre'ns en català. Les dues primeres ens entenien, però la que ens fa fer el check out no entendre la frase ("ens pots obrir la porta del pàrquing?"). (2) La decoració, el disseny i l'estat general de l'habitació (203) em va semblar carregat i tot el concepte d'hotel museu el vaig trobar una mica forçat i barroc.

Room needed a bit of maintenance there was humidity in the room
The staff was super nice. The room and the shower were big. The location cannot be any better!!
The bathroom had not been properly cleaned: used shampoo, not enough towels...
The staff told me about the possibility to park in a public parking but did not explain how to do it with a reduced fee
The lights and curtains are controlled via a screen on the wall. The staff did not mention it when I checked-in
