Pros:

Mini appartamenti ben tenuti con parcheggio di proprietà.

Cons:

L'accesso alla struttura viene tramite un cancello con apertura con codice posizionato su un strada molto trafficata, eviterei di far pagare il parcheggio come se fosse un extra. Di lì si passa e non c'è altro spazio dove posizionare le vetture.

Eine ruhige Lage, nicht weit von der Stadtmitte

Cons:

viel Schimmel im Bad, Schimmelgeruch im ganzen Appartment, Klimaanlage ging nicht aus, ohne das Kärtchen raus zu ziehen...

Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Es war schwarzer Schimmel überall und es war sehr staubig. Es war auch sehr heiß. Man kann die Klimaanlage nicht stellst steuern und wir hatten die ganze Zeit 30 Grad im Apartment obwohl wir Abend immer gelüftet haben.

La camera puzzava di fumo. Non era pulita. Nel prezzo indicato bisogna aggiungere 10 € al giorno di parcheggio se si va in auto perché nelle vicinanze è impossibile parcheggiare.

The apartment is not the same as on the picture. It's way too small. But anyway it has all you need for a couple of days and even kitchen with all kitchen things.
Pretty comfortable. And the bed is very good.

Il bilocale è comodo per 4 persone. È ben arredato e dotato del necessario per cucinare. Molto vicino c'è un centro commerciale e nel caso è molto vicino all' ospedale. C' è un' area verde molto estesa dove poter passeggiare.

Pros:

Da localização. Silêncio noturno

Cons:

Falta de limpeza, cama barulhenta e com mau colchão, móveis degradados e antigos, duche com portas avariadas, ar condicionado avariado, enfim um pesadelo.
