Pros:

The place is acceptable and clean, good views, breakfast is basic nothing special

Cons:

.. I had an issue with early checkout 1 day prior however the staff was not accommodating and not helpful and insisted on charging me full amount for 2 nights despite me explaining the issue for them 3 days prior to my checkin .. however the rejected all explanation and it was a very bad customer service

Rating would be higher if we have paid half the price, not worth the money but nothing perticularly bad either.
Pros:

It was clean, situated on a mountain with beautiful views of the valley and lake below. Plenty of parking (we saw 3 charging ports, mostly left empty during our stay).

Cons:

Same breakfast every day, with not much choice. Spa facilities very basic, with nude area in the sauna only. One time we had dinner, it was the worst meal we have had in Italy.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist ein Traum.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gesund.
Am Abend wird ein Menü serviert (bei uns einmal komplett ohne Laktose und das ist mindestens zwölf Sterne wert).
Bei einer HP oder All Inklusive gibt es eine Nachmittags Jause mit Kuchen und Snacks und gerade nach einer Wanderung der Traum für den Magen.
Das Personal ist großartig! Und eine eins mit Sternchen. Im Haus befindet sich ein Pool und eine Saunalandschaft mit drei Saunen.
Wer Lust hat kann regelmäßig mit auf Touren zum Wandern fahren oder selbst die Region erkunden, Infomaterial liegt überall aus und auf Nachfrage wird einem geholfen.

Ich könnte noch stundenlang weiter schreiben.
Es macht einfach Spaß dort zu sein und sich verwöhnen zu lassen.
