- glutenfreie Variante für jedes Menü - die wirklich lecker war

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mit hervorragendem Essen, schönen Zimmern & das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Die Cocktails schmecken ebenfalls super. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden bis auf die Aufteilung von Poolbereich (Etage -1) und Sonnenterrasse (Etage +4). Aber auch das ist nicht so schlimm, da man mit dem Aufzug nach dem Schwimmen/ Baden einfach zum Dach hochfahren kann.

Perfect place!
Pros:

We stayed at Kronplatz Kristall for six nights, and it was the perfect base for exploring the Dolomites. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with an extremely comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night's sleep after long days of hiking. The wellness area was outstanding—the perfect place to relax and recharge after spending the day in the mountains.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any request. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very first day.
Another thing we really appreciated was that the hotel organized different activities every day, making our stay even more enjoyable and allowing us to experience the Dolomites in new and exciting ways.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, so everyone could find something they loved.
Kronplatz Kristall is much more than just a hotel—it offers a complete experience. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the Dolomites, this is it. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place is acceptable and clean, good views, breakfast is basic nothing special

Cons:

.. I had an issue with early checkout 1 day prior however the staff was not accommodating and not helpful and insisted on charging me full amount for 2 nights despite me explaining the issue for them 3 days prior to my checkin .. however the rejected all explanation and it was a very bad customer service

Rating would be higher if we have paid half the price, not worth the money but nothing perticularly bad either.
Pros:

It was clean, situated on a mountain with beautiful views of the valley and lake below. Plenty of parking (we saw 3 charging ports, mostly left empty during our stay).

Cons:

Same breakfast every day, with not much choice. Spa facilities very basic, with nude area in the sauna only. One time we had dinner, it was the worst meal we have had in Italy.
