Tren istasyonuna yakın, personel ilgili
Pros:

Konumu tren istasyonuna sadece birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Aynı zamanda şehrin en işlek caddelerinden biri olan Av. Jean Medecin'e birka sokak yürüme mesafesinde. Güvenli bir sokakta.

Resepsiyonda iki farklı personelle iletişim kurdum (maalesef isimlerini bilmiyorum) ikisi de son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odamda yaşadığım ufak bir iki sorun oldu ve ikisi de hızlı şekilde çözüldü. Yatak oldukça konforluydu. Oda bir tık ufak gibi ancak iki kişi için yeterli olacaktır. Fakat ufak odalardan alışkın olduğumun aksine duşakabini gayet büyüktü.

Eğer benim gibi Nice'i merkeze alıp riviera turu için düşünüyorsanız tren istasyonuna yakınlığıyla ideal bir otel. Sadece Nice'i gezip başka yerleri görme planınız yoksa da kalabilirsiniz sadece deniz kıyısına 15 dakika kadar yürümeniz gerekecek ancak zaten seyirlik caddelerden yürüyeceğiniz için sorun olacağını sanmıyorum.

Cons:

Odada bir iki sorun olduğundan bahsettim. Gerçi personelin ilgisi sayesinde sorun direkt çözüldü ancak akşam klimayı açınca odada ışıklar 10 saniyeliğine de olsa gitti sanırım sigortalarla alakalı bir sorun oldu. Çekindiğim için tekrar açmak istemedim zaten oda aşırı soğuk değildi. Ertesi sabah saç kurutmayı çalıştırmayı denediğimde çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyondan geçici olarak saç kurutma alıp durumu bildirdim, akşam odama döndüğümde klima da banyodaki entegre saç kurutma da düzeltilmişti bu nedenle olumsuzluk kısa sürdü, bu yüzden teşekkür ediyorum.

Oda duvarları bir tık ses geçiriyor. Yan odadaki sesleri duyabiliyordum. Aynı şekilde üst kattaki sesler de kısmen duyulabiliyordu.

Downtown hotel in great location, for a reasonable price.
Pros:

I've chosen this hotel based on its location and some reviews. I've arrived before checkin time, the receptionists were all friendly, spoke English well and quickly checked me in. The room was simple, modern and clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom also perfectly fine. I know I wasn't paying for a five star luxury lodge so my expectations were in line with what I got. This is a place for sleeping and showering, and for that, it was more than well enough.

The strength of this hotel is definitely its location, just minutes from the train station and main avenue, with lots of bakeries (for this reason I didn't pay in for breakfast, I think there's so many great options just a corner or two away) restaurants and stores nearby.

Cons:

Maybe larger rooms are different, but I could have used little more stowage place, the large wardrobe had lot of empty space that I think could be utilised with some basic ikea furniture, so I had to resort to using the small table and chairs, as I dislike leaving my stuff in a suitcase during the visit.

As some other reviews point out, noise insulation is definitely an issue though I didn't find it that bad, if you like to sleep in like me it can be bothersome. While I wouldn't say you can hear *every* noise, and crucially the nights were silent (although this was an off-season visit with no rowdy drunk guests), it's unfortunate fact that as people start to wake up you will hear more noise than you'd like. But again, it wasn't a dealbreaker for me.

Rauhallinen, siisti ja sijainniltaan hyvä hotelli. Erinomainen aamiainen.

Erinomainen aamiainen. Ranskalainen mutta skandinaaville sopivasti lisämaustetta. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja viehättävä.

Cons:

Vaateripustimia olisi tarvittu enemmän. Samoin toinen matkalaukun teline olisi ollut tarpeen.
