部屋の暑さ以外は全て最高でした。
Pros:

立地、清潔感、スタッフの人の対応。

Cons:

エアコンが無かったので今年の夏の暑さは厳しかったです。
扇風機を借りる事が出来たみたいですが、チェックアウト時にフロントに扇風機を返している人を見て知りました。チェックイン時に知らせていただけたら良かったです。

グリンデルワルトで最高の滞在をすることができました
Pros:

駅から至近距離のため、すぐに見つけることができ、まったく迷うことはありませんでした。駅に近いおかげで滞在中は行動しやすかったです。花がいっぱいのスイスらしい外観ですが、部屋の中は5つ星の街中の高級ホテル並みにアップデートされているのが非常に良かったです。アイガーを間近に感じながらの朝食も素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

エアコンがないのが残念でした。予想よりも気温が高かったため、疲れが残り、エアコンがあればもっと素晴らしかったです。昼間に動き回って、一旦ホテルに戻った時に、エアコンが聞いた部屋だったらもっと最高でした。ただ、朝方は涼しくなっていました。

The spa was lovely, the location was great and the views were stunning. The roof terrace with the views of the Eiger was nice to sit out on in the evening.

We were there during a summer heatwave and the lack of fans or air conditioning made the bedroom a little too warm.

Great place to stay If you're not sensitive to cigarette smoke.
Pros:

Nice rooms ,delicious meals , location , laundry

Cons:

No air-conditioning so request a fan. Problem for me who is extremely sensitive to cigarette- cigar smoke. Windows & doors to restaurant are left open with smokers at outside tables filling the restaurant, lobby, & laundry area smelling really strong of smoke. My nose & lips were burning & I had a headache for hours. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, unfortunately smelling the smoke for over an hour while doing laundry ruined our experience. Wish the situation would change, but speaking to a staff member at the front desk didn't leave me hopeful for a return visit. Love Grindelwald, so unfortunate for me and others who love the people who smoke but hate being sick when on vacation 😒. Hope this is helpful.

Incroyable !!!
Pros:

Le personnel et super gentil, souriant vraiment au top du top.
Chambre bien entretenues et spacieuse. Balcon très apprécié.
J’ai été surclassée et ça après six jours de marche dans la via alpina à dormir sous tente, je n’avais pas de mots! Encore Merciiiiii.
Petit déjeuner incroyable

Cons:

Peu être juste un petit peu bruyant sur le balcon car l’hôtel est vraiment à côté de la gare. Mais c’est un détail.

10/10 for exploring the Jungfrau Region
Pros:

The property was close to Grindelwald Station (2 minute walk), close to the shops, and bus station (opposite). The views from the balcony were stunning and it was incredible waking up to the Eiger views. The Grindelwald first station is around a 10 minute walk.

Location-wise if you are only there for a few days or using it as a base to explore the Jungfrau region you cannot go wrong at all. Would highly recommend it.

The staff especially the reception staff and most of the restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and went out of their way. On our last day after we’d checked out we went exploring and only had a couple of minutes to get our next train and they came with our suitcases to the station for which we were extremely grateful.

Breakfast is great and includes a variety to suit everyone. They do serve lunch and dinner but we didn’t have any as we were out or already sorted.

There are some lovely spa facilities with sauna, steam room, foot spa, loungers and a rooftop relaxation area.

They have games room and the restaurant floor also has a relaxation/communal area as well.

There is a press and laundry room but having read the reviews (for this and other hotels) I brought my own iron.

The room we stayed in (superior with Eiger view) was lovely and slightly more modern than the non view rooms.

If you are staying for longer and wanted to be deeper into Grindelwald than there are plenty of Chalets further in. However this was absolutely fantastic for us. We stayed 3 nights and explored the region. I’d stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside is the rooms do not have AC or an iron. We stayed in July 2026 and it was HOT.
However I did find that most hotels in Switzerland are the same. They did provide a nice Dyson fan and there is a press room which again is very typical for Switzerland. I wouldn’t say this isn’t a complete negative but just something to be aware of.
