Lovely stay and centrally located.
Pros:

Situated in town and had a lift which was perfect as travelling with my elderly mother. Spacious, comfort room and good selection for breakfast.

Cons:

A very minor point, but if you are wanting a room specially for the view, although my room did have a wonderful view, I have stayed elsewhere with uninterrupted views, but its a 10 mins walk out, which wasn’t an option when travelling with an elderly parent. But still lovely.

La ubicación del hotel nos pareció excelente porque pensábamos utilizar mucho el tren de montaña y la estación está muy cerca del hotel. Nuestra habitación era muy tranquila. Me gustaron los cuadros con grabados antiguos de las montañas que adornaban las paredes del establecimiento.

Abend-Essen im Restaurant war gut und hat geschmeckt.
Top Lage und sehr zentral gelegen. Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar

Hotel veraltet, sehr verwinkelt und alle Gänge/Treppenhäuser sehr eng.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro del villaggio. Vista fantastica sulle spettacolari montagne. Gentilissimo tutto lo staff della Reception. Ottima e abbondante colazione come pure i menu serviti nel ristorante adiacente appartenente all'hotel. Sauna ecc a disposizione gratuitamente per concedersi un apprezzato relax.

The room is spacious and well cleaned. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options (I love that they have Miso soup). The hotel is in a good location, very close to Grindelwald train station. The view from the room is absolutely stunning. Everything is perfect. Definitely coming back here for my next trip to Grindelwald.
