Cons:

Standardzimmer mit gehobenem Preis, aber das ist wohl normal für Grindelwald. Das Badezimmer war neu renoviert, der Rest eher altmodischer Landhausstil. Es gab kein Deckenlicht, daher abends ziemlich dunkel.

Pros:

Our room was a suite with a panoramic window view

המיקום מדהים מבחינת נוף אל ההר המושלג ובעיקר הקרבה לתחנת הרכבת מממנה אפשר לצאת להמון טיולים
החדר היה גדול עם מרפסת יפה לנוף
יש סאונות וסלון יפה שלא ניצלנו

Hôtel pratique au centre de Grindelwald.
Pros:

Hôtel central et pratique, personnel très sympathique, bon petit-déjeuner buffet. Le spa est sympa.

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres, le matin j'ai été réveillée par les gens passant dans le couloir.

Pros:

Excellent location. Close to the train station so no huge trek down/up the village. Also close to the supermarket, children’s playground and a 10min walk to the First Cable Car station. Room had a priceless view of the mountain especially at sunset. Breakfast team were so lovely.

Cons:

Wellness facilities were a little tricky to find, had to go up and down various hidden staircases to find it. Though the facility itself was clean and pleasant.

Ubicación excelente cerca del tren , personal Zuli y una señorita Argentina fueron muy amables ambos me atendieron en castellano me indicaron todo excelente y con una paciencia exquisita les doy un 10 para ambos¡¡ además me dieron una habitación mas amplia de la que había reservado y con un balcón les agradezco por haber hecho mi estancia placentera, Zuli me entrego la tarjeta de visitante y se dio tiempo de indicarme las actividades. seguro volveré, gracias

En el desayuno no me gusto que estuvieran retirando las cosas sin haber terminado desayunar y haberme retirado , están pasando cada momento para retirarte las cosas que vas terminando es un poco molesto , no se puede desayunar tranquilamente. buffet del desayuno excelente, mi comentario del personal del desayuno se pueda mejorar en ese punto, por lo demás recomendable y seguro volveré a este hotel.

Some guests did Vlog in breakfast area. Hope hotel can prohibit this action because most of guests are hurry up for breakfast and then can go to the mountain. They can do Vlog in the cornor but not in the line for breakfast.
