Best hotel experience in a long time.
Pros:

It was clean, convenient to all shopping and Duomo and the breakfast was fantastic. The room temperature was perfect and it was quiet despite construction on the street below. I loved the white, fluffy comforters. The hotel staff were also very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful.

Our stay in Milan was wonderful but what made it that way was also this hotel and their staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and served until 10a. It was more than enough food and it was free with our room. The room was very clean and generous amounts of soap, shampoo and other essentials were left every day for us.

Cons:

Pros:

We had a really great stay. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was honestly amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant, and everything was well organized from check-in to check-out. We truly felt taken care of during our stay.

I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again in the future!

Fantastic location very lovely breakfast in a beautiful simplictic almost jewel box space that felt luxurious. Hotel staff were all helpful and kind .

A bit of a hidden gem
Pros:

Great location and very good value for money. It's not a five star but it doesn't say that it is and it's a lot better value than the five star properties. The rooms were tastefully furnished and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The mattress was perhaps a little firmer than I would have ideally liked but that seemed to be a common theme throughout our Italian journey. Other than that, it was pretty perfect.

朝食が美味しかった。毎朝新鮮なフルーツ、スモークサーモン、クロワッサン、オムレツを食べました。スタッフのフレンドリー、タクシーも配車アプリで捕まらなかったが、呼んでもらうとすぐ手配出来た。※追加します。イタリア旅行でミラノ、フィレンツェ、ベネチア、ローマと各宿泊地を滞在しましたが、ここの朝食が一番良かったです

テレビが2機ありましたが、1機が観れなかったこと。テレビで直接YouTubeが観れなかった、ネットワーク異常？Wi-Fiが寝室に届かず困った、これは部屋のタイプによるかもしれません。蟻が数匹いて、壁をよじ登っていた、もちろん撃退した。

Excellent hotel in a great central location!
Pros:

Perfect central location for our short trip to Milan so easy to access the main sites and metro. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many different types of choices which were delicious!!
