Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber und haben einen kleinen Balkon. Ein schöner Vorteil ist, das man mit der Gästekarte den ÖPNV kostenlos im Berchtesgadener Land nutzen kann.

Trevlig personal både i reception och restaurang.
Matutbudet i restaurangen var lite si sådär och de hade ej öppet för lunch.

Rent och städat rum.

Nackdelen är att det är fruktansvärt lyhört (vaknade av grannens alarm på mobilen)

Dyrt hotell för vad man får

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und super gepflegt. Es war ein super Ausblick auf die Berge und das kehlsteinhaus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr abwechselnd. Wir würden immer wieder in das hotel kommen

We loved this property. Our rooms were spacious, bathrooms were nice and clean and the breakfast were good. The restaurant is only open for breakfast, which is included, and dinner from 6 - 8. We were pleasantly surprised by the food in the restaurant. We went there the first night because of convenience and weren't expecting much. Our meals turned out to be really good so we dined there once more during our stay. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from the downtown area, but there is a bus. It only come once an hour though. They are also very strict about check-in time. We arrived just a bit early and they didn't even want to talk to us. Told us to come back at 2. The hotel caters mostly to German-speaking clientele. That being said, English is spoken. In fact, many of the employees don't even speak German as they come from many different countries. At first we were given a room at the back of the hotel with only a view of a hill. No other choice because they were fully booked. They next day they kindly changed our room to one with a stunning view of the mountains. That was really nice of them.

Unterbesetztes Servicepersonal, dadurch etwas chaotisch, aber dennoch freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstückauswahl in Ordnung, man könnte es etwas liebevoller gestalten.
Zimmer und Bad modernisiert und komfortabel. Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal.

Schwimmbad und Wellness Bereich ist gut.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal am Empfang. Schon bei der telefonischen Rückfrage, ob es denn möglich wäre etwas früher ins Zimmer zu können, da wir auf eine Hochzeit eingeladen sind, wurde dies mit dem unhöflichen Kommentar abgetan, man könne schließlich den anderen Gästen nicht mitteilen, dass sie nur wegen uns früher auszuchecken haben (was wir auch nicht erwartet hatten). Wir waren dann am Anreisetag etwas früher da, um uns nach der Fahrt noch frisch machen zu können. Dass die Zimmer vor 14 Uhr noch nicht frei waren, war kein Problem. Allerdings wurde uns das wieder sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt. Es wurde uns dann nach Rückfrage erlaubt den Hallenbad-Bereich zum Umziehen zu nutzen.

Einzig freundlicher Mitarbeiter war einer Herr mittleren Alters im Frühstücksservice. Er hat sich freundlich bei uns erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir gut geschlafen hätten.

Ein sehr nettes, kleineres Hotel.....nur leider ist ein Auto erforderlich , da es etwas abgelegen ist.

Great local hotel if you want to feel really local and meet the people this is a great place. A beer is a beer!

It seems that this hotels caters to groups. The breakfast was only mediocre. The rolls did not seem to be fresh. Parking lot was full and hard to find a parking place. However the rooms are clean and the view wonderful. The Wifi was only available in the lobby.

It was comfortable and conveniently located.

Dejligt ophold med udsigt til bjerge.

eine Nacht in Berchtesgaden verbracht auf der Durchreise. das Zimmer war ok, jedoch ohne besonderen Reiz. das Frühstück war nicht besonders, es gab zum Beispiel keine Vollkornbrötchen.

Olimme tutustumassa Berchtesgadenin toisen maailmansodan aikaisiin maamerkkeihin. Kävimme mm. Kotkanpesässä, joka oli aivan uskomaton kokemus jo pelkästään sijaintinsa puolesta 2 km korkealla. Sää oli aurinkoinen ja lämpöä 33 astetta joten näkymät olivat mielettömät.

Service was slow, but expected. I will try a different hotel next time.

Palvelu oli erinomaista joskin henkilökunnan englannin kielen taito rajoittunutta. Perus siisti hotelli ja kaikki toimi. Ajoin autolla päivisin hiihtämään eri keskuksiin Salzburin ja Innsbruckin alueella, joten oleskelu hotellissa rajoittui lähinnä aamupalaan ja yöpymiseen. Hauska yksityiskohta hotellista oli, että aamupalapöydät on nimetty ja aamuisin piti aina etsiä oma pöytä, mutta jostain syystä (matkustin yksin?) minun pöytä puuttui ja sitten etsittiin sitä henkilökunnan kanssa kunnes he antoivat toisen pöydän. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, mutta hauska yksityiskohta tämä joka-aamuinen aamupalaepisodi.
