Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel & Travel

I love Jessica and how responsive and accommodating she is on my request. The staffs are all very nice, they keep checking how we are, and if we need any help. The driver they book for us also arrive in time.

Location is close to everything, and in front of the HK Bs office in the Old Quarter

Very friendly and helpful staff, also very honest - handed back over 700,000 VND which I nearly over paid and upgraded our room.
We had everything we needed.

Zimmer ist einfach gehalten, aber völlig ausreichend. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker.

The hotel was in a very good location - walking distance to everything plus it's easy to get a car to and from the hotel because this street is wide but not too busy. I can't say the same for other hotels on other streets in this area. Our room faced the street but we didn't hear much street noise cause the window quality was good. The breakfast was great! There was a good selection of fruit, salad, bread, yogurt, coffee and tea at the breakfast bar plus you order your main meal directly from the kitchen. A good mix of western and local vietnamese options. But best of all was the staff here!

We started our trip here the first 2 nights and 3 days. They really were incredibly helpful and friendly and it was because of the service level we recieved from them that we decided to cancel our other Hanoi hotel (when we returned to the city at the end of our trip) and come back here for the last 2 nights. Jessica, helped us book our transport to Ninh Binh in a comfy Luxury Limo with massage chair features! We all loved that ride! We contacted her to rebook when we were heading back to Hanoi from Sapa at the end of our trip and she offered to help us book our return transport from Sapa. We declined and went with the car the hotel we stayed at in Sapa suggested but I regret it cause the car wasn't as comfortable and that driver was grumpy (it was the only hiccup in our otherwise great trip!).

When we got back to Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel my kids were so excited cause it felt like coming home! And best part was that we got in late and they just sent us straight to our room which was prepared how we liked it (they remembered!!) and we didn't have to fill out paperwork cause they had our info from our previous stay! The seemless checkin was much appreciated! We will definately return to this hotel next time we're in Hanoi!

The location was great, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms with a very nice decoration, and good breakfast.

El personal es muy agradable, el desayuno estaba correcto. La ubicación es genial estando a unas calles del pleno centro.

Отличное расположение: 3 минуты до мостика на озере и 3 минуты в другую сторону до остановки автобуса 86 до аэропорта. Летала рано, так что позавтракать не успела.

Good breakfast. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to explore Hanoi Old Quarter by foot.

Buena ubicación. El personal muy amable y atento, ofrecen servicios de taxis para el aeropuerto y te recomiendan lugares. Buen deayuno. Podes cambiar dinero a buen precio

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par tout le personnel Jessica et Lili. Très serviable, de bons conseils. Tout était parfait ! De bons fruits au petit déjeuner, varié, avec possibilité de prendre une petite préparation de notre choix, pan cake, crêpe...
Je recommande cet hôtel sur Hanoï.
