Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Hanoi

Heel centraal gelegen en toch rustig.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

El hotel está bastante bien para pasar unos días. Es importante mencionar que en las fotos de internet parece más nuevo de lo que realmente es; al llegar, notas que el mobiliario es un poco antiguo y le vendría bien una renovación.A pesar de ese detalle, la experiencia es positiva. La limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas comunes está bien. Lo mejor de todo es, sin duda, el personal: son fantásticos, súper amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Respecto al desayuno, es normal, correcto para empezar el día pero sin grandes lujos. En resumen, una opción aceptable con una atención al cliente excelente.

Top Lage, super netter und hilfsbereiter Service. Zimmer sind sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ideal ausgestattet

Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi le migliori attrazioni della città. La nostra camera era poco rumorosa. Colazione non abbondante ma ogni mattina vi è comunque la possibilità di scegliere un piatto alla carta differente (preparato al momento). Staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Forse migliorerei la pulizia, soprattutto del bagno. Tuttavia, considerando il prezzo e la posizione, direi che non ci si può affatto lamentare.

Un accueil adorable à l'image des vietnamiens.
Pros:

Je terminais mon voyage au Vietnam. Je devais prendre l'avion l'après-midi et j'arrivais en bus de Da Nang vers 9h. Très gentiment, il m'ont ouvert la chambre avant le check-in. J'ai pu ainsi prendre une douche et me rafraichir pour profiter de la matinée et prendre l'avion tranquillement vers 14H.

Magnífica ubicación para ver el centro de Hanoi

Lo mejor es sin duda la localización en pleno Old Quarter, y también la atención del personal

Cons:

El desayuno, sin ser malo, es quizás un poco escaso de variedad, pero por el precio que se paga, es razonable

Ich war nur eine Zwischenübernachtung vor Ort. Für den Preis kann man auch nicht viel erwarten, aber ein Fenster im Raum wäre ganz schön gewesen.
Das Frühstück war gut (Früchteauswahl, Käse und Wurst, Toast unf Croissant und Eier).

Kein Fenster.

Really nice central Hotel , staff were very kind and upgraded our room as we checked in very late. In the morning breakfast was nice with good selection and we had a nice chat about recommended things to do on our return to Hanoi 🙂
