Sehr gutes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Gute Lage. Den Lärm der Strasse hört man im Zimmer überhaupt nicht. Wir wurde sehr warm empfangen - das hat uns sehr gefallen. Schönes und geräumiges Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer war sehr gut. Transfer zum Flughafen für 300k.

Cons:

Der Raum für Frühstück sehr eng. Ein unangenehmer Geruch im Lift.

L'emplacement. La gentillesse du personnel et l'en cas petit déjeuner de notre départ car nous partions a 4h du matin pour l'aéroport

Cons:

Le matelas du lit, on sentait les ressorts mais après signalement ils ont rajouté un sur matelas. C'était un peu mieux ! Et l'odeur d'humidité quand on est rentré dans la chambre. On a ouvrir les fenêtres quelques heures pour aérer.

Pros:

Mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu ở khách sạn này. Ngay từ lúc đến nơi đã cảm thấy rất thoải mái vì nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình.

Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và khá yên tĩnh nên nghỉ ngơi rất thoải mái. Mọi thứ đều được chuẩn bị chu đáo nên mình cảm thấy rất hài lòng trong suốt thời gian ở đây.

Nhìn chung mình thật sự rất thích trải nghiệm này. Một nơi dễ chịu, thoải mái và đáng để quay lại nếu có dịp lần sau.

The best staff, the worst bed
Pros:

The staff, breakfast, and location were amazing

Cons:

The worst bed I had my whole trip. I know it wasn’t just me because at breakfast I heard another woman ask for a mattress pad cause the bed was bad. Felt like plywood on top of springs. I asked for a second duvet to fold over 4x to sleep on top of. That made it semi okay

Pros:

We stayed at Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel & Travel for two nights and had a truly excellent experience.

The rooms were exactly as described.

The location is extremely convenient, ideal for visiting both the French Quarter and the Old Quarter, with everything easily reachable on foot.

A special thank you to Jessica, who was an incredible help throughout our stay. She assisted us with everything we needed, carefully arranged all our transfers, and was always professional, kind, and proactive. She also kindly allowed us to store our backpacks the following day while we were just passing through Hanoi, which we really appreciated.

The staff overall was courteous and attentive, and the organization was smooth from start to finish.
