Misafir Suites 8 Istanbul - Special Class

During our trip to Istanbul, we stayed at misafir suite hotel and we were truly satisfied with our experience. The hotel’s location is very central and close to Taksim Square and public transportation, which made it very easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and sufficient. If we come to Istanbul again, we will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to everyone.”

All the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a smile. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect: the room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hotel is quiet, well located and very pleasant.
A very special thank you to the receptionist Ahmed, who was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful with all of us. He was truly perfect and made our stay even better.

Booked when my child was 6, but since the stay overlapped with their 7th birthday, the hotel demanded extra charges at check-in and nearly cancelled our booking. No empathy, no flexibility — the manager completely ruined our day. I would never recommend this hotel to families with children. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. SCAMMING PEOPLE with 100+ Euros, AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST, NOT WORTH IT.

We got there before noon but the reception personnel were nice enough to check us in, we had the deluxe suite reserved and it was perfectly spacious. The room was clean, not spotless but clean and the staff were happy to help with anyting. The breakfast was satisfactory with hot options changing daily ( do not skip the olives). The hotel itself is perfectly situated in the heart of istiklal street. With various bars and cafes and restaurant nearby to choose from. Overall everything was to my liking, just sometimes you might need to ask for some amenities such as toothbrush which will be provided

The hotel is located very close to Istiklal street, known for its night life. It is also very close to public transport, Taksim undergrand, where you could visit anywhere in Istanbul from there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and sound-prooved to prevent street noise entering the room

Please avoid this hotel. The hotel administration is not customer-oriented at all.

I had problems with the dates of reservation so the aggregator site where I made the reservation was very kind and helpful and they negotiated with the hotel and asked the hotel for permission to let them move the dates or change the owner of the reservation. In such situations many other hotels are willing to help and agree to move the dates or change the visitor without any problem, as they don't suffer any losses at all.

But this hotel flatly refused to help in any way and said, "don't ask anymore". They simply refused and they talked in unfriendly manner without explaining or giving any advice on how to solve the problem. It seems that after the hotel receives payments, customers are no longer important at all.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid it and never book here. The administration of this hotel is unfriendly and they don't will to help you.

Staff here were amazing honest, nice, and helpful. We stayed in the king suite and loved the room. We can see some of the other rooms and they can be very small but ours was perfect. Would definitely stay again. So close to takisim square. All food, shopping, and bars right outside.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was excellent—very convenient for getting around. However, our initial room was quite small and not what we expected. After speaking with the staff, we decided to pay for an upgrade to a suite, which was much more spacious and comfortable. The suite had everything we needed and made our stay much more enjoyable.

The biggest letdown was the breakfast. It was just okay—not bad, but nothing special either. It could definitely use more variety and better quality.

Overall, if you’re staying here, I’d recommend considering a suite for a more comfortable experience. The location is great, but don’t expect much from the breakfast.

We stayed here for five nights and four days. Very respectful and professional staff and manager who made everything go smoothly despite the problems we encountered. A big thank you to Mr. Redvan. Large and very clean rooms. Cleaning is done every day in the best way. Breakfast is served regularly and has a decent variety. But if you prefer to have a self-service breakfast, it is not here. The view is incredibly beautiful in the restaurant. The only problem was the noise from the cafe in front which bothered me a lot, but if you book the king or back rooms the noise is not annoying. Access to Taksim Square and public transportation is really great.

Great place! Great location! Very nice room, need was comfortable and soft. Very large room with nice details. Only complaint was noise from near by night club. Could hear some music sorta. But the hotel is top notch! Can beat the location, very convenient! Clean and lovely! Would stay again.
