The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

To access the hotel you need to walk more than 400 stairs. The room we booked had a jacuzzi but it didn't make any bubbles. The room smelled funny due to the humidity and the A/C made a terrible noise. On top the wifi lost connection multiple times each hour. Compared to the rest of hotels we stayed in during the trip, this one was very expensive in relation to what we got.

Amazing views, great service, convenient location... Best front desk manager in Amalfi!!! 😁😍
Pros:

The location is awesome!! Very close to the port and the bus stop is directly in front of the property, which runs every 10 minutes. The front desk property manager and male staff were amazing... They were so kind and accommodating to us!!! The private beach access platform is very nice... Clean and well maintained!! Views are amazing on this property... I will be staying here again!

Cons:

The personal transport costs to the resort is very pricey. They charge for each piece of luggage on top of the base cost. It would be great if the hotel contracted someone for the property at a discounted rate or complimentary. Reducing to 40 EUROS or 70-80 round-trip would be good. Currently, it is 80 EUROS per trip with more than 3 bags, I think.
