Muchos espacios para relajarte. Buen servicio de bar y de restaurante.
La habitación tenia terraza y vistas al mar.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien. Era muy antiguo, de 3 potencias solo funcionaba una y no enfriaba.
La habitación era calurosa.
La piscina grande y hamacas suficientes. El personal muy amable, el hotel es muy cómodo y cuenta también con Spa. Puedes encontrar aparcamiento en los alrededores.
Un poco retirado de la playa, pero es una zona muy tranquila
El spa, que siendo básico, lo chorros funcionaban impresionantemente bien. Instalación muy cuidada.

El aire acondicionado solo funcionaba a tus potencias o parado, imposible conseguir confort
La comida, posiblemente la peor de todos los hoteles que he usado en 5 años. Mala calidad y muy básica. Suerte tendrán por el personal que haya cuidado no se cojan una intoxicación alimentaria

Es un hotel calificado de 4 estrellas y para mi es generoso. Fallan bastantes cosas para sentirte como en un hotel de esa cualificación

The food was terrible. We went for half board. No fresh veg all tinned and one night lizard in garlic sauce.

Para ser un 4 estrellas poca variedad de comida y la sopa saladisima , y muy mala no había muchas opciones de comida
Limpieza, grifo sucio y pelos.
Se oye muchísimo tanto el ruido de la calle como el de las habitaciones contiguas

La música a la hora de la siesta en la piscina. Personal poco profesional. Desayuno para celíacos ni existe ni se lo plantean, un pan asqueroso ,ni siquiera te ofrecen tostarlo en otro sitio que no haya contaminación cruzada. No están puestos los alérgenos… en ningún producto, parece mentira que tenga 4 estrellas, si lo se no pago ese desayuno. No saben ni lo que es el gluten. Está masificado.
En realidad no me alojé e Hotel Sun Palace. Al final decidí la otra opción, de las 2 que contemplaba
Si decidí si este o el otro no es importante (los dos tienen párking, piscina, room service...). Pero estoy convencido que si me hubiese alojado en este hotel en lugar del otro, mi nota sería la misma, al igual que mi nota sobre el otro hotel. Que no comento por razones obvias pero también todo de 10.

The room is spacious and with a balcony (in our case, with sea view). It has potential, but it certainly isn't being put to good use.
It's a massive building for cheap tourism. The hotel’s name suggests relaxation and luxury, but in reality it’s a building with cheap finishes, where kids run screaming through the corridors, and you can hear everything from the room. Breakfast is served as a buffet, but the food is of very poor quality... We tried it on the first day, and on the following days we went to a café for breakfast. The coffee was awful. In the room, the duvet was so worn out that the bed looks lumpy because the filling has clumped together. And for the price we paid, they should at least have included access to the swimming pool.
Desde las 9 de la mañana dando golpes muy fuertes el equipo del hotel, teníamos la salida a las a las 12 de la mañana y a las 10 ya estaban las chicas del limpieza tocando la puerta, vamos que te vas a descansar y te molestas

La amabilidad de los empleados desde la recepción hasta en el buffet una pasada un 10 porque estuvieron encantadores.
Nada. Únicamente tener en cuenta que no esta remodelado hace tiempo pero si cuidado.
