Good value and friendly
Pros:

A lovely hotel situated up the hill away from the main drag so it was perfect for us. It was an easy downhill walk to all the restaurants, bars and the beach.
The staff were all very friendly. There was an excellent choice of cooked or continental food for breakfast.
We treated ourselves to the spa circuit and had the place to ourselves for the hour to chill out & relax. All in all, excellent value.

Potocolariamente bien

Cons:

El buffet, muy flojo. No entiendo tanto estrés, Los camareros u funcionarios bien y agradables. Lo que no Brenda porque corrían y saltaban como si estuvieran en un pálido de Beibol. Lo normal que estén ocupados pero correr!! Estresante. Da mala imagen.
Las habitaciones podrían mantenerse mejor, pintar o repasar las paredes de pintura.

Breve y decepcionante.
Cons:

Pues tuve que abandonar el hotel 24 horas antes de lo previsto porque tenía fiebre y una gastroenteritis y pensé que tendría algún gesto por parte del alojamiento de cara a futuras reservas pero nada en absoluto. Puedo adjuntar documento del hospital que lo atestigüe.

La comida está muy buena

Cons:

Pese a estar en Valencia el hotel, no encontré a nadie que hablara en mi lengua materna. Español y otras lenguas sin problemas, pero valenciano pese a que los dueños lo hablan según me dijeron en un restaurante de la zona nadie más...una pena no haber coincidido con ellos.

Är ordentlig missnöjd med kommunikationen mellan mig som kund y receptionen. Innan resan ditt skickade jag meddelande til boendet med frågan om husdjur. Min fråga blev ej besvarad innan det var dax att chaka in! I receptionen fick jag veta att min lilla hund ej var välkommen. OK, var tvungen att ha den i bilen - hela tiden väl omhändertagen!!! Första dagen gick men andra dagen fick jag ställa ut bilen pga annonymt klagåmål...

Detta med inget svar från receptionen ställde till och min vistelse där var mindre trevlig...

Därefter, ringde för rumservice och... fick veta att receptionen ej aktiverade denna service för mig... utan fick betala kontant...

Det ena på det andra - rekommenderar ej denna hotell!

No están mal los servicios y la atención del personal

Cons:

La habitación a la altura de la calle, por lo que no se podía tener las cortinas abiertas o te veían desde la calle. Y la dificultad de sitio para aparcar el coche en las proximidades del hotel
