The staff
Firstly incorrect advertising by booking.com. This was NOT an Adults only hotel. 1 hour after our arrival we were joined by approx 150 school children aged 11-15 and then a small football team arrived. We were forced out of the pool.
It's just been an awful experience for the 4 of us due to your misinformation !!
This hotel is most definitely not a 4 star. At best a very poor 2 star !!

La atención del personal fue muy buena, sobre todo en el buffet. Y las instalaciones están muy bien.
Tuvimos la mala suerte de compartir estancia con un fin de curso/campamento por lo que el hotel estaba repleto de niños (unos 100 niños y creo que nos quedamos cortos) con unos pocos monitores. Así que los días de relajación fueron inexistentes. Si se da esa casualidad se debería avisar o hacer algo para que el resto de los huéspedes esté cómodo.
La habitación y la ubicacion
La ubicación la elegí yo ya que quería en esa zona del Albir,pero viendo que era un hotel de cuatro estrellas pensaba que se encontraba en mejores condiciones en general.
La habitación,el jaleo por la noche en el balcón de al lado por ejemplo…me dijeron q me llamarían si la habitación estaba disponible antes d hora, por la impresión de desgana de la q me atendió ya me lo dijo todo,ya sabía q no llamarían,que le dio igual.No repetiría y no lo recomiendo.
