Que no tenía agua dentro de la habitación

Doing the Camino de Santiago by bike. Was shocked the hotel doesn’t allow bikes inside!

Nowhere was that mentioned. Not on booking.com listing, not under house rule, no message from hotel after booking. No mentioning! (Oh yeah, they blame the booking platform: “it’s clearly mentioned”, but when I asked them to find the passage on booking.com, they can’t!)

Next option: a refund? After all, you sell a good that doesn’t match description! Nope. Won’t even want to discuss it.

There’s plenty of space in the room for bikes. Also plenty of room in the lobby sitting area.

Given it’s not “allowed inside”, we locked the bike right outside the glass in front and told the staff they’re responsible for anything that happens to them!

Although they won’t accept the responsibility, But we know no one is going to clip the lock right in front of the lobby glass panel. It’s a public space, so they can’t stop us to park our bike there either.

Stupidest rule, just adds stress to both guests and staff.

UN POCO TAJANTE LO DE DAR LA HABITACION A PARTIR DE LAS 16:00

Nuestra habitacion tenia mal olor, pero la de mis hijas no. Las almohadas no son comodas y el colchon regutar. El hotel esta viejito...

La cama es super incomoda, colchón muy fino y de muelles y la almohada como una hoja de papel, como si no estuviera. El apartamento de encender el aire acondicionado estaba roto y despegado no funcionaba. El desayuno es todo los días igual, no varia es muy simple pero hace el apaño aunque para muchos días cansa. El grifo de la ducha salía fatal para todos los lados, se mojaba todo.
