Recepcionista agradable
Pros:

Nada en especial. Solo decir que la limpieza de la hab. Era correcta.

Cons:

Muy lejos del centro. Nada remodelado. Wc muy antiguo. Desayuno muy muy simple. Con el pan gallego que hay en el territorio!!! Ruido de las otras habitaciones

Estancia correcta a muy buen precio en 4 caminos
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue su ubicación, que tuviese conserjería 24 hs y la amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

No me gustó que no hubiese habitaciones con cama doble y que la limpieza no fuese mejor. El wifi iba lento.

Pros:

Lo único positivo de este hotel es la ubicación, en mi caso por una cuestión de trabajo

Cons:

Este hotel necesita una reforma o mínimo que se preocupen de que las instalaciones estén presentables, por ejemplo que las televisiones funcionen y no se apaguen constantemente, el mobiliario tiene óxido ( lámparas) las paredes están salpicadas y con humedad. Una pena porque con poca inversión tendrían un buen hotel

Tres cambios de habitación, moho y WiFi inutilizable
Pros:

El personal fue amable e intentó solucionar los problemas en todo momento. También se agradece poder dejar las maletas antes del check-in.

Cons:

Tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación: la primera con el retrete atascado, la segunda con problemas de WiFi, teléfono sin funcionar y humedades visibles. En la tercera habitación la conexión a Internet funcionó solo unos minutos y luego fue imposible, teniendo que usar nuestros propios datos móviles.
Además, el estado general es deficiente: presencia de moho y manchas de humedad en paredes y techo, así como elementos deteriorados (luminarias con óxido). La habitación también resultaba fría y con climatización insuficiente. En general, falta mantenimiento y revisión de las habitaciones.
