Pros:

Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück war auch außergewöhnlich.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es können nicht alle Schweizerdeutsch, was ich interessant fand. Mit Hochdeutsch oder Englisch ging es dann aber immer.
Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und für die erste Nacht erhielten wir eines ohne. Nach Beschwerde meinerseits erhielten wir am nächsten Tag dann eines mit, herzlichen Dank!
Die Badezimmer sind wunderbar!
Das Buffet ist ausgezeichnet und vielseitig.

Cons:

Allgemein sind die Zimmer nicht wirklich schalldicht. Bei Zimmern, welche direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl sind, hört man diesen regelmässig.

Perfect cosy and modern hotel rooms with friendly staff and very close to everything.
Pros:

As the name suggests , very central. Modern clean rooms and everything you’d need. Breakfast was nicely laid out and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Not a negative but the evening dining options are limited to an Indian restaurant. Not my first choice of menu when visiting the alps.
