Very good location for visiting Florence. Room was a good size and had a very comfortable bed and we slept well after our day's sightseeing. Good breakfast buffet each morning.
Just some slight niggles, the room did not have a table or full length mirror in the bedroom, only over the bed, so unusable. Housekeeping did not top up our toilet paper, had to go down to reception to ask, this shouldn't happen. Maybe need a checklist? The walls of room was quite thin, could hear other guests in their rooms in the day/evening.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel. The location was excellent—very well situated, close to the main attractions and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
In terms of cleanliness, everything was great.
The breakfast was continental, with plenty of options, both sweet and protein-based.
The back terrace is very beautiful.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A really nice feature is that they offer a luggage storage service, which allows you to leave your bags both before check-in and after check-out. It was truly helpful.
The only aspect that wasn’t to our liking was the shower cabin. It’s a bit small (narrow), and for a taller person it can be somewhat difficult to use.

The room was somehow a leftover space converted into a room, but for a 2-night stay in Firenze, it seems to be the good place to stay.

- La disponibilità (sono arrivata prima e mi è stato concesso di lasciare i bagagli)
Forse mi aspettavo una camera leggermente più grande, ma per una notte e per una persona è stata comunque perfetta, soprattutto se consideriamo l’eleganza e la bellezza degli arredi.
