Pros:

We lived our stay at Gracia hotel. The host, Alfredo was exceptionally friendly and nice.
Pros:

The location was great, second line to the beautiful , sandy beach.

Cons:

There was no breakfast available at the time of my stay.

Vicinanza al mare anche se il lido “convenzionato” è distante ed ha lo stesso costo di lido più vicini

Cons:

Pessimo Rapporto qualità / prezzo. Si fanno pagare molto più per ciò che vale considerata la pulizia approssimativa delle camere, lo spazio angusto delle stesse, una colazione misera pagata 15 € al giorno a persona

Pros:

I had to book one additional night at the hotel but it was very kindly and quickly fixed by the hotel direction. the stay was great. I could enjoy my trip with my small dog since the hotel is pet friendly. I really recommend this hotel. it is great and very well located. thank you for everything

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at ( and we travel a lot)
Pros:

Close to beach

Cons:

Room dirty, holes in wall, broken lamp, TV not working, blinds to balcony jammed and blocking access. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Worst breakfast ever. Promised room change then left in same room.. borrowed another hotels beach access 500 metres away.

Well Sperlonga was shut down and our hotel was basically closed because it was it off-season. The owner of the place said he couldnt communicate with us or let us know

Overall our stay was fine.
Pros:

cheap and with lovely management but...
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient position, close to the sea and from the historical part of Sperlonga.
The management is familiar, very warm and pleasant.
The price is a little bit less then the surroundings and often it included dinner and beach place.
However...
My room was too small with a bed smaller than a standard double, a small bathroom, a small tv... the balcony is not physically separated from the of the other room but with a simple plant.
The dinner and breakfast were of average quality.
I may come back checking price and asking in advance for the room.
