Ubicación, relación calidad, precio y todo el personal sin excepción perfectos
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento de 20 habitaciones. El personal es lo más destacable, un 10 desde la recepción a las camareras de Piso a los muy moderna renovación. En el 2008. Hoy está a punto de realizar nuevas reformas al menos en instalaciones o mobiliario excelentísimo lugar y ubicación en su relación calidad precio

Historische plek aan de rand van het oude centrum
Pros:

De locatie aan de rand van het centrum. Plezierig balkonnetje. Spa met hammam, sauna en jacuzzi.
Oorspronkelijke bouw mooi gerestaureerd mét oude muren nog zichtbaar.

The perfect place to stay when visiting the Old Town of Palma
Pros:

Perfect location in Palma Old Town. The hotel is stylish and careful thought has been given to all that a guest could possibly need.

An excellent stay in Mallorca, right in the heart of the Old Town.
Pros:

This boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town was absolutely perfect. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a lovely rooftop overlooking the harbour and cathedral, it’s also within easy walking distance of the main square, cathedral, and beach.

Everything was so wonderful that, after driving around the island, we decided to change our final day’s accommodation and come back here for another night. We were so happy with that decision—and were incredibly touched when the hotel staff surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and delicious macarons. Such a thoughtful gesture!

Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island and would love to stay here again!

Cons:

In the first room, the toilet seat and tap were not fixed properly, and the basin drain kept getting blocked.

Luury in the beautiful old town of Palma
Pros:

The location was perfect, close enough to the heart of Palma Old Town and yet peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I loved the bedroom and the huge comfortable bed.

Cons:

The shower drains very slowly and I had to roll up a towel to stop the water flooding out into the rest of the bathroom

A Great stay! I would recommend to others. Great breakfast! The staff was very helpfull and friendly.
Pros:

A very nice stay at this Hotel.
The Junior Suit was great with a very nice atmosphere. Spa Area small but very nicely done! A bit pricey but you get what you pay! Same as on the photos presented at booking.com!

Cons:

The location is a bit too quiet. Not many opportunities to eat near the Hotel, but a 10min walk and you are in the more touristic area of Palma with plenty of shops. Overall it was good for sleeping, because of no noise from outside.

Pros:

The staff were all fantastic, so helpful, professional and efficient. The hotel is a mixture of old and new, which works very well. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The toiletries provided are very high quality. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The bar is small but well stocked and prices are very reasonable. All in all, the hotel is perfect.

We liked everything.

Grande chambre, propre et bien équipée.
Lits très confortables, canapé lit également.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Insonorisation : un couple s'est disputé dans une chambre à côté et nous avons tout entendu. Sinon, l'hôtel est très calme.

Un hotel precioso y tranquilo en el centro de Palma.
Pros:

Ubicación céntrica pero muy tranquilo y silencioso. El personal de recepción y cafetería…espectaculares. Me sentí como en casa. El SPA…un lujo para relajarme después de un día de playa

Que mi estancia fue muy corta. Tendré que volver
