Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Großes ruhiges sauberes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett. Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick allerdings ein bisschen unkonfortabell von den Sitzmöglichkeiten. Keine Bar , Getränke müssen telefonisch bestellt werden mit dem Telefon am Fahrstuhl. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl allerdings sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Wir haben in der ersten Etage gewohnt, dort war auch der Frühstücksraum. Die Türen waren leider nicht sehr dicht,, ab 6:30 Uhr hat man Geräusche aus dem Frühstücksraum gehört, Klappern und Vorbereitung. Es war wirklich schwierig, da die Türen nicht dicht abgeschlossen haben, und man immer wach wurde, wenn Nachbarn ihr Zimmer betreten und die Türen geschlossen haben. Das war sehr laut. Aber das war das einzige was mich gestört hat. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr schön.

Excellent hotel in the old center of Palma
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the old center of Palma. Nice room with windows and shutters opening onto a view of an old bell tower. Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Perfect short stay in Palma
Pros:

Location was perfect, quiet and convenient for the old town. Room was beautiful and looked out across the rooftops towards the sea.

- la atenvión del personal de recepción

Cons:

- No tenía disponible aire acondicionado y fue un día que hacía mucha calor. El argumento es que habían de cambiar el funcionamiento de la bomba de calor a frío. Un hotel de su categoría tendría que tener alternativas para ese caso. Por ej. Ventilador en la habitación.
- el uso del spa debería estar pautado coo un lugar de descanso y silencio, algunos clientes no han respetado estás consignas. Es un espacio pequeño por lo que no pude disfrutar de mi objetivo.
- En el lavabo, a mí llegada, encontré pelos de otra persona por lo que no estaba bien limpio.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooftop terrace superb and the spa cozy and nice. Great location.

Cons:

Pillows were too hard and no softer options available. My room was across the elevator, so quite noisy. Breakfast could be improved.

Sehr zentrale Lage in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse, abwechslungsreiches mallorquinisches Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war in der Nähe von Küche, Bar und Rezeption, daher steter Geräuschpegel.

Habitación y baño muy grandes

Cons:

Aire acondicionado.no funciona porque la dirección considera que todavía no es tiempo y no se ha cambiado no sé qué programa. ( Lo dicho en recepcion ante nuestra queja)Muy difícil dormir en una habitación abuhardillada con días de calor. En que parte de su publicidad especifica eso? .. La habitación es lo bastante cara para que no se incluya
