kurzer schöner Städe trip
Pros:

Sehr zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen, trotzdem ruhig gelegenes Hotel, uns persönlich fehlte am ende der Balkon,
auf der Terrasse hatten wir einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Kathedrale. Sonst war alles gut.

Perfect little hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for a short break and the hotel is in a perfect location in Palma if you want to be nearby to all of the history.

Staff were all great, very friendly.

Room had AC which was nice.

We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing
Pros:

Central location, very strong air conditioning .

Cons:

Context: My room was on the half level (just a few steps above the concierge), and on the same level as the hotel cafe, so the experience could be different for those staying on other floors.

It was very difficult to rest well because in the room we could constantly hear sounds of dishes being cleared or clanged (not intentionally of course) from the cafe. The building also has very poor sound proofing, and we constantly heard the sound of the plumbing (perhaps when those in the floor above?) flush the toilet. Sometimes when there is a group of people checking in or just having a conversation in the lobby we could also hear is quite loudly.

Second, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I think it was because of the quality of the sheets, and just an uncomfortable bed. Together with all the sounds over 2 nights both my husband and I slept very poorly.

Third, the attitude of one of the hotel staff left much to be desired. When I informed him that we were having trouble resting and to change room, he was dismissive and told me that the sounds are inevitable and by law people can do whatever they want and make noise until 11pm so there is nothing he can do, which I thought missed the point. He said there were no rooms available which I understand but i think the whole experience could have been better if he adopted a more customer friendly attitude.

Presenza di formiche nel bagno. La luce del corridoio penetra sotto la porta e illumina la stanza. Camera non insonorizzata. Nelle ore notturne si sentiva parlare e ridere, era il ragazzo alla reception a telefono con voce alta, di notte verso le 2.15 in pigiama sono stato costretto ad uscire dalla mia stanza e a chiedere di abbassare la voce, alla fine non abbiamo più dormito.
