Sehr schönes Hotel in Toplage, Personal hervorragend
Pros:

Zimmer wunderschön und sehr groß, Personal jederzeit freundlich und sehr bemüht, große Auswahl zum Frühstück sogar mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, waren rundum zufrieden!

Cons:

Fenster zur Straße etwas hellhörig (derzeit Baustelle gegenüber) - hier würde eine Dichtung wahrscheinlich schon helfen..
in der Früh stinkt es im Bad nach Kanal - vermutlich ein bauliches Problem, wenn man regelmäßig spült, gibt sich das wieder.. aber eine Lüftung im Bad wäre daher ganz toll!

Die Lage ist einzigartig, sehr ruhige Gasse, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss mitten in der Stadt und bei den Shops, Restaurants und Bars.

Cons:

Die Gastfreundschaft der Rezeptionmitarbeiter kam selten bis nie zum Vorschein. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out viele kleine negative Vibes erhalten. Nur der Frühstücks-Verantwortliche ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Spa bräuchte zusätzlich noch eine normale Dusche.
Das Frühstück ist für ein 4-Sterne Hotel dieser Preisklasse sehr Basic.

Großartige Frühstück, gemütliches Hotel. ich fühlte mich da wie zuhause. bin sehr zufriden.

Cons:

Das Fenster im Badezimmer hat mich irritiert... Mir war es ungewohnt, beim Duschen ein Schlafzimmer zu sehen und in der Nacht muss ich zum Klo gehen und das Licht an - Schlafzimmer ist auch voll mit Licht geworden .

Great location with lovely roof terrace
Pros:

The location was fab and the roof terrace was lovely

The staff were fantastic and very accommodating

The rooms are really big which I love

Cons:

Parking is quite expensive

Air con could have been a little stronger

A room to get showered and changed for a late flight would be good as check out is 11am which is quite early in my opinion

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ansprechend angerichtet, das Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war überhaupt kein Problem, das Frühstück für meinen Mann aufs Zimmer gebracht zu bekommen.
Das Hotel liegt im ruhigen Teil in der Altstadt, aber nicht weit weg von der Kathedrale und dem pulsierenden Leben von Palma.
Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist mehr als ausreichend groß. Leider gab es nur wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es wäre schon, wenn noch ein kleines Regal auf gestellt oder ein Board an der Wand angebracht werden würde. Trotz allem war das kein wirkliches Problem.

Breakfast was excellent, and also the service.
The design was fresh - and the location excellent

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard - I needed 2 painkillers every night.
The pillows looked cool, but were really uncomfortable.
Our room had a glasswindow into the bathroom (shower) - thus we could not keep the lights in the bathroom on during the night (impractial if you need to go during the night).
