Il soggiorno è andato molto bene. Lo staff molto accogliente e gentile. Ottima sia la ricca colazione a buffet che il servizio spa/piscina. Consigliato

Cons:

Unica pecca che di notte la tv ogni 2 ore si accendeva da sola, è stato fastidioso. Non so se sia qualcosa di pre impostato che si possa togliere. Non ho indagato avendo soggiornato solo una notte

Ottimo albergo a due passi dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio
Pros:

Innanzitutto ci è stato fatto l'upgrade della camera e ci hanno assegnato una junior suite allo stesso prezzo di una camera base. Struttura molto grande, curata e pulita. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Zona spa bellissima con due saune, bagno turco, grotta di sale. Piscina adulti con vari idromassaggi. Colazione molto abbondante e varia. Non abbiamo provato la cena.

Cons:

La piscina bimbi è un po' piccolina ma fino alle ore 16 possono entrare anche nella piscina adulti!

Bene nel complesso
Pros:

Conosco la location ed è molto comoda per scendere (anche a piedi) in Paese. Molto gradito l'upgrade (probabilmente perchè l'hotel era occupato credo al 40%). Gli spazi interni sono molto ampi e ben curati

Cons:

Avevo grandi aspettative per la colazione ma purtroppo non è stata a livello di un quattro stelle e soprattutto mi attendevo maggiori prodotti tipici (ad esempio burro di malga, yougurt a km 0, pane nero...). Personale molto educato ma visibilmente con poca esperienza.

Jedzenie - NIESAMOWITE. Wyszukane potrawy, dobrze wykonane, pięknie podane, kelnerzy bardzo przyjacielscy i fachowi (dotyczy sali dedykowanej z obsługą kelnerską bo była druga z samoobsługą - tam kelnerzy tylko zbierali talerze ale potrafili doradzić przy doborze napojów- wina!). Ani raz nie było pizzy…🤭

Brak przejrzystej informacji gdzie zatrzymać się przy zameldowaniu się do hotelu (brak miejsca na krótkotrwałe zatrzymanie się)
