Only good thing is location. All in all, cheap and on good location, if you need a place just to sleep thru night, everything else is not worth.

Cons:

This is more hostel than a hotel. The soundproof don't exist, not so clean room, outdated, you get fresh clean towels and linen, but blankets, covers and pillows are questionable (needs a wash to freshen up). The reception is not available all the time, that's not an issue for me, but if someone is ringing the phone (which happened straight for 2-3h), it wakes up whole ground floor where rooms are located.

Pésimo, poco transparente

Experiencia muy negativa y poco transparente. Llegamos a las 21:00, dentro del horario de check-in (hasta las 22:00), pero la dirección que figura en Booking NO corresponde con la dirección real del alojamiento. Si no hubiera sido porque un hombre que pasaba por la calle nos acompañó hasta el lugar, no lo habríamos encontrado.

Al llegar, nadie nos atendía. Llamé al teléfono indicado entre 5 y 6 veces y no respondían. Solo pudimos entrar al edificio porque un vecino nos abrió la puerta y luego otro huésped nos permitió el acceso al alojamiento. El responsable apareció unos 20 minutos después, sin dar explicaciones.

Además, el cobro de las tasas fue incorrecto. En Booking indicaba claramente 14 € (3,50 € por persona) y aun así nos cobraron 16 €, pese a mostrarles la reserva. Pedí un recibo y primero se negaron, diciendo que lo darían al día siguiente. Cuando finalmente lo entregaron, el nombre del hotel en el comprobante NO coincidía con el alojamiento reservado, figurando otro nombre distinto, lo que resulta extremadamente sospechoso.

Para completar la mala experiencia, la habitación no tenía toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas.
Al día siguiente, no había nadie en recepción para hacer el check out, tuvimos que dejar las llaves en el mostrador ya que no podíamos esperar más porque se nos iba el tren.

Falta total de profesionalismo, información falsa en Booking, mala atención y cobros poco claros. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
