Pros:

The only positive thing about this place is the location. It’s convenient and close to the city center.

Cons:

Our stay here completely ruined our mood and negatively impacted our vacation. The level of service was shockingly poor and far below any acceptable standard.
First of all, how is it even possible to have a receptionist who does not speak a single word of English? We tried communicating in English, and he kept responding in Italian without making any effort to understand or help. There was zero attempt at communication, zero professionalism, and absolutely no customer orientation. This is completely unacceptable for a place that hosts international guests.
Secondly, the situation with checkout was ridiculous. Officially, checkout is at 11:00. We left the hotel around 9:00 in the morning to go for a walk in the city center, and already at that time we were told to check out and hand over the keys. This was confusing and unnecessary pressure.
When we returned at 10:40 to pack and leave (still within the official checkout time), the receptionist — an older man — started rudely rushing us. He was literally shouting “Bye bye!” while we were trying to explain that we still had time and were not late. We are punctual people and fully aware of the time, so this behavior felt extremely disrespectful and aggressive.
Overall, the staff attitude was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. It made us feel unwelcome and stressed during what should have been a relaxing trip.
I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Było w porządku, lepiej niż wskazywały opinie. Jedynie podatek był wyższy niż wskazany na booking bo wynosił aż 18 euro
