The gent at the reception was super helpful and friendly.
The room was okay. But the one thing they cannot come back from.
The toilet bowl still had “skid marks” in it from a previous guest. That’s just lazy cleaning! I would’ve cleaned it myself, but there wasn’t a toilet brush.
Not their doing, the room was hot and stuffy, so had to open the window. All good as I always like fresh air.
Sadly the smokers from the corner pub make a racket outside, usually after plenty beers.
La ubicaciones perfecta, a 1 m andando o menos de la plaza central. La cama súper cómoda y grande, lo único la almohada sí que habría que cambiarla. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Excellent location and all staff were very friendly and helpful
Great location, very close to the tower and the main square. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Overall, for a two-star hotel, we were quite satisfied with our stay.
A few aspects of the property could be improved. The bathroom layout was somewhat inconvenient, as the toilet was separate from the sink and bathtub, requiring you to walk through the living room and bedroom to access the main bathroom. The kitchen appliances also felt quite dated and would benefit from an upgrade. As someone who enjoys cooking, this unfortunately made me less inclined to use the kitchen during our stay.

The gentleman on reception was incredibly polite, informative and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep, and the doors to the little outside decking area were a bonus we were not expecting! The location also couldn't have been better, and whilst it isnt the fanciest hotel the location really cant be beaten for the price.
The entrance wasn't particularly nice, and its quite an old hotel so could do with a bit of a face lift. But again for the price with the fantastic location, you have to make some allowances.

Il signore alla reception era nolto cordiale, ci ha dato diverse informazioni per facilitare il nostro soggiorno. La stanza era abbastanza grande, fornita di tutto, avevamo richiesto anche dei cuscini supplementari che ci sono stati dati senza problemi. Letto comodo, stanza pulita e posizione eccellente. Rapporto qualità prezzo unico!
Great location next to the Belfry (which does not ring at night, so very quiet and peaceful)
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The building is old so anyone who has a problem with things being a bit shabby wouldn’t appreciate its charm but the rooms are clean as are the bathrooms with crisp white linen. There is a little out door terrace with tables and chairs where you can bring food and drink in. Tea and coffee making facilities are in the rooms.
