Certamente não foi o esperado.
Pros:

Gostei dos funcionários e da localização.

Cons:

As instalações do hotel não são de um hotel 4 estrelas.
O café da manhã é servido por pessoas estanhas ao hotel (suponho). É mal arrumado.

Albergo pulitissimo ..ottima posizione per visitare i trulli..colazione abbondante..personale accogliente e sempre sorridente soprattutto Francesco che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio ..ed il sorriso mattiniero di Martina quando scendevamo per la colazione...ritornerò con piacere..

Hotel totalement impersonnel , sans âme . un lit , une salle de bain correctement équipée - aucune décoration . Sol parquet plastique .Lieu de petit déjeuner idem .
Bien pour une colonie de vacances .

Ich muss wirklich sagen: Die Mitarbeiter sind fantastisch – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Funf Sterne dafür! Sie retten diesen Ort eigentlich – abgesehen davon könnte ich ihn nicht wirklich empfehlen.
Das Essen ist auch ganz gut, aber das Restaurant hat nicht den normalen italienischen Flair.

Cons:

Der spartanisch-minimalistische Stil des Zimmers war wenig einladend. Ein bequemerer Stuhl zum Sitzen wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Es gab absolut keine Informationen über irgendetwas im Zimmer.

We had a marvelous time. Francisco was very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was awesome, especially the cornetto pistachio. Breakfast staff were very friendly.

A apenas 5minutos de los trullis. Tanto el personal de recepción y de la cafetería fueron muy simpáticos y agradables. Estaba muy limpio. Nos gustó mucho.

Great staff stingy owners
Pros:

We were here with the UK’s HF Holidays. Accommodations fine, but food was atrocious, shameful to the tent that I will hate to tell friends. We hope HF will never use this hotel again.
