Perfekt!
Pros:

Sehr ruhig, direkt am Bach, extrem freundliches Personal; tolles Design, sehr bedachte Auswahl und Details… Hochwertiges und variantenreiches Frühstück - perfekt für vegan/ vegetarisch/ spezifische Ernährung. Insgesamt wird auf Qualität gesetzt. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme sicher wieder.

Pros:

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Hotel, modern und gleichzeitig bewahrt es die Tradition. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Obwohl wir erst nach 20 Uhr angereist sind, war die Schlüssel Übergabe unkompliziert. Wir werden wiederkommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Gute Anbindung an den Fernverkehr. Ein kleiner Bach wiegt einen leise täuschend in den Schlaf.

Very nice and fresh renovated historical buildings, spotless clean, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

I hope it is only because the renovations finished lately and not everything was done yet, but there is a problem on hot days: no A/C, no fan also, if you open the windows you getting all the heat inside and all the street noise too. At night the open windows not allowing to close properly the curtain, so you getting a lot of light in the early morning, also no mosquito net...
The breakfast was not satisfied, cause the only hot dish (eggs or pancake etc.) you should wait until somebody will take an order and somebody else will make it and you have no other pre-cooked alternative...

Schönes Hotel im Glottertal mit Blick auf den Wald und den kleinen Bach.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und leckerem Frühstück und sauberen Zimmern mit bequemen Betten. Die Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon bieten einen Blick auf den Wald und den kleinen Bach, den man nachts bei offenem Fenster auch angenehm plätschern hört.

Perle im Schwarzwald

Dieses Hotel ist eine Perle.
Eintreten und Wohlfühlen.
Direkt an der offenen Rezeption wurde ich herzlich begrüßt und die Dame führte mich persönlich in aller Ruhe durch die Räumlichkeiten, nicht bloß hinten links ist der Frühstücksraum und vorne rechts der Lift. Sie zeigte mir vor Ort die Selbstbedienungsbar, diese wird nach meinen Angaben bei dem Checkout berechnet, die urgemütliche Schwarzwaldstube und dann begleitete Sie mich auf mein Zimmer und fragte direkt nach, ob alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit ist.
Dieser Service ist heute nicht mehr anzutreffen oder nur in der gehoben Klasse für sehr teueres (Trink) Geld.
Mir ist die Sauberkeit immer am wichtigsten und dieser Anspruch wurde voll erfüllt.
Das Bett und die Kissen sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Mir gefällt besonders, dass bewusst auf das TV im Zimmer verzichtet wird.
Für meine Office-Tätigkeit stand ein freier Schreibtisch mit gut zugänglichen Steckdosen zur Verfügung und das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei.
Die Dusche verfügt über einen ordentlichen Wasserdruck, so dass auch Personen mit langen, dicken Haaren das Shampoo und die Spülung wieder entspannt, vollständig auswaschen können.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hält von allem was bereit, Müsli zum selbst zusammen stellen, Brot und Brötchen, Kuchen, Croissants, Wurst und Käse, Fisch, Frühstückssalate, frisches Obst, Kaffee in richtig guter Qualität, Kakao, Saft, Wasser und Sekt und mein Highlight ist die kleine Frühstückskarte. Auf Wunsch wurde mir ein Omelett mit meinen Wunschzutaten frisch zubereitet. Eine weitere Möglichkeit wären Pancakes oder glasierter Chicorée gewesen. Doch das schafft man wirklich nicht alles. Für vegane Alternativen und für Menschen mit Intoleranzen ist gesorgt.
Als ob das nicht genug wäre wurde mir beim Checkout die Tür persönlich aufgehalten.

Von mir gibt es alle verfügbaren Punkte für dieses liebevoll geführte Haus.
Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Perfect stay to discover the Black Forest
Pros:

Perfect location, excellent breakfast and very kind stuff that help us feel at home. The sauna was beautiful with a nice view of the forest. The room was very well decorated and clean. There are several restaurants in the area with great food, so honestly nothing is missing. We will definitely be coming back!
