Probablemente volveríamos, aunque no en verano.
Pros:

Las instalaciones generales del establecimiento.
El personal era muy amable e intentaban en todo momento que te encontraras a gusto.
La ubicación, pese a estar cerca de la carretera, no se oían mucho los coches que pasaban. Lo que si se oía y era muy agradable era el rumor del agua del río que pasa justo al lado.

Cons:

La dos únicas pegas que pondríamos, serían: la falta de una neverita en la habitación y también que no había aire acondicionado en la misma y hubieron varias noches que pasamos bastante calor porque coincidimos con temperaturas muy altas para la zona.

Tolles Konzept, sehr zu empfehlen, Das außergewöhnliche Frühstück ist besonders hervor zu heben. Auch die Möglichkeit Gläser Teller etc zu nutzen um in den Mega tollen Gemeinschaftsräumen zu essen ist sehr praktisch!

Pros:

Freundlicher und gewissenhafter Empfang. Die Frühstücksauswahl war gut und die Eierspeisen wurden individuell zubereitet. Wunderbar auch die Möglichkeit, die Terrasse direkt an der Glotter nutzen zu können. Die Geräusche der nahen Strasse wurden dadurch perfekt ausgeblendet.

Cons:

Schade, dass es im SpA Bereich nur eine grosse Saunakabine gieb und keinen kleinen Whirlpool zum Entspannen; die Liegeterrasse bietet nur beschränkt Platz, bzw. ist von den Zimmern einsehbar. Vielleicht wird das im Zuge des Weiterbaus noch geändert. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit im Hotel zu Abend zu essen, das alle Plätze für die regelmässigen Kochveranstaltungen durch Nichthausgäste besetzt scheinen.

De kamer die wij hadden was erg warm, er was geen airco of ventilator aanwezig. Toen ik de volgende ochtend dit meldde kreeg ik alleen het antwoord dat deze zomer erg warm is en uitzonderlijk…. Geen enkel begrip of wat san ook, heel triest

Estupendo como base para recorrer la Selva Negra
Pros:

Está situado en Glottertal, a unos 13 km de Friburgo: una localización estupenda como base para recorrer el sur de la Selva Negra en coche. Con el alojamiento dan una tarjeta de transporte público por la zona (aunque no la utilizamos porque viajábamos en coche). Daba al río y al bosque. Por delante está la carretera. Hay sitio para aparcar.
El personal era muy amable. Te muestran opciones de restaurantes para cenas o comidas, con sus horarios. Esto es importante ya que allí cenan muy pronto y cierran los restaurantes. Te reciben con una bebida y te enseñan todas las instalaciones. Los desayunos son muy buenos, tipo buffet y además con tres platos calientes para pedir hechos al momento.

Cons:

No visitamos la sauna porque tenía un horario muy corto (de 16:00 a 20:00) y además era nudista. Cogimos un estudio para 4 personas y el tamaño resultó un poco justo porque es abuhardillado en tres de las cuatro paredes. Además, el ascensor no llega a la última planta, por lo que hay que subir las maletas un piso por escaleras. Hacía mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador, por lo que era imprescindible abrir las ventanas por la noche.

Die Lage direkt an der Straße, daher teilweise sehr laut. Im Zimmer sehr heiß, ist natürlich den momentanen Temperaturen geschuldet.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel in schöner Landschaft. Unsere Zimmer waren mit geschmackvollen Designermöbeln ausgestattet, Blick von der Terrasse direkt auf die Glotter und den bewaldeten Hang, sehr schön und ruhig.

Cons:

Der Service könnte bei einem Übernachtungspreis inklusive Frühstück von knapp 200 Euro wesentlich besser sein. Benutztes Glas wurde z. B. vom Roomservice nicht ausgetauscht, dafür musste der Gast selbst sorgen. Es fehlte ein Papierkorb im Zimmer. Auf dem Frühstücksbuffet standen Quark und Joghurt in den verbrauchsüblichen Bechern, aus denen man sich dann bedienen konnte. Geschickter wäre, wenn solche Speisen in Schalen angefüllt wären mit entsprechender Beschriftung (z. B. für Menschen mit Laktoseintoleranz).
Im Hotelzimmer befindet sich ('bewußt') kein Fernseher, das finde ich etwas bevormundend. Mir hat sich bei bestimmten Dingen der Eindruck aufgedrängt, ich befände mich in einer Jugendherberge und nicht ein einem Tophotel, wie es uns angeboten wurde.
