Kedelig beliggenhed, men rent og pænt. Receptionen var meget serviceminded. Netforbindelsen dårlig på de værelser, der lå længst væk.

Great receptionist, very clean hotel and the location was also perfect. Highly recommend!

Basic hotel. The beds are not super comfortable and the included breakfast was a joke!
The on the pictures nice outdoor terrass was a mess. Not cleaned more a storage for different things.
If we had not a 5 day non refundable booking we would have changed hotel!

Buen alojamiento, muy tranquilo, cerca del centro de Santiago (a 5 minutos en coche). Buen desayuno.

Me gustó el hotel, no me gustó la entrada que tiene y que está algo lejos de Santiago. Pero recomebdable

The single staff member at the front desk in the evening spoke no English at all. A different staff member at the desk the next day spoke marginally more English. The women were pleasant enough but were entirely unfit to staff a hotel's front desk. How can this hotel be in operations when they don't hire staff that speak any English, an international language?! Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their roster.

Bien para la corta estancia que estuve muy tranquilo nada de ruidos.

Hotel nel complesso buono e pulito, personale cortese e nonostante si dividono col ristorante sono bene organizzati per non creare disservizio.
Colazione a buffet non ricchissimo ma essenziale e buono.

산티아고 시내에서 매우 먼 거리의 호텔이었다.
갯실 상태도 별로였는데, 문제는 직원이 상주하지 않아 몹시 불편했다.
이틀을 묵었는데, 청소도 제대로 하지 않아 지저분했고, 시트도 더러웠다.

hotel ok if you are going for the price, but the staff does not have the attitude nor the courtesy expected when dealing with tourists.

Wir blieben zwei Nächte. Gleich gegenüber gibt es ein tolles Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber ok. Leider war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, da kaum englisch gesprochen wurde. Aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es trotzdem.

We were put in a room that poor ventilation and told the aircon wasn’t working. Window ventilation was not adequate.

We stayed in this excellent hotel after completing the Camino Ingles. We were well looked after by very friendly staff. The location was ideal for us as a place to relax after our pilgrimage journey to Santiago de Compostela.

Easy Taxi ride into Santiago de Compostela

The hotel is newly renovated/built and immaculate. The rooms are large and stylish with 2 comfortable 4 foot beds and modern bathrooms with super showers. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, but the best feature is the restaurant across the drive which offers fabulous grilled seafood and steak at very reasonable prices. This, combined with very friendly service, makes this hotel a gem which we would choose again.

I stayed for just one night of luxury and seafood following my camino. The hotel staff were fantastic in holding my bag which i sent via the post to pick up after the camino - I greatly appreciated this extra effort. The hotel's restaurant was delicious and great value for the daily 3-course menu. Beds and shower were lovely. Had difficulties with my access card getting into my room and kept having to ask to get it reset but staff were always available to help. Hotel is away from the centre of Santiago, about a 10 Euro taxi fare.
