What a fantastic little gem right in the heart of Venice. The location was perfect. The hotel is in two parts- you check into the main hotel and the room was across the street in another small hotel. This smaller hotel isn’t manned and has a few rooms around a central sitting/ lobby where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, water etc, any time. I sat here on many occasions and it was so quiet. I actually felt like I had the whole hotel to myself! The bedroom was gorgeous. Really decorated well, very comfortable, a beautiful large bathroom with a bath which was great to have after a day of travelling. Minibar in the room, prices very reasonable, eg a beer was €3, so if I’d wanted to have one and either sit in the lobby area or my room it was doable. Breakfast the next morning was across in the main hotel again and was fantastic. This hotel is manned and looks luxurious. The lobby area and bar here were great, complimentary lemon water and sweets. Breakfast room overlooks the gondolas which is so nice, plus there’s a private balcony to sit and watch them go by if you want to. I found the staff so helpful and accommodating. Check in was great and the man on reception did everything he could to make the stay great. The woman at check out was also very friendly and helpful. In the other hotel where my room was, a housekeeping staff chatted to me as I drank a cup of tea one morning and she was lovely. The place was fantastic, clean, comfortable and just 3 minutes walk to St Mark’s square. It meant we could and go during the day easily, stopping for rests in between sight seeing and shopping (it was very hot!). There were cute little shops right outside the door and plenty of restaurants. I would definitely come back here again.

The location is rather convenient (once you get there) and the design is very traditional. Plus , they’ve got free coffee for guests.

Excellent location and vintage mood is very cozy and refreshing

La ubicación. Tenía un sector para preparar cafe o alguna otra infusión. Agua y mesitas para poder desayunar o comer algo. No tiene conserjería y está un poco descuidado su frente e ingreso. La ubicación es muy buena. El aire anduvo bien.
