First trip to the Ile de Oleron - would definitely recommend

Lovely staff and very helpful

Cons:

Difficulty parking onsite, and difficult to get to hotel at peak periods with road closures and one way systems. Maybe an access map emailed to the customer during peak months with road closures would be helpful.

Für eine oder zwei Nächte völlig ok.
Pros:

super Lage am Strand.
nettes Personal.
sauberes Zimmer und bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen, sauber aber sehr klein.
extrem enge Parkplatzsituation.
Frühstück ok, mehr aber nicht.

Hôtel de la Plage, Île d'Oléron
Pros:

L'emplacement était super, on pouvait joindre la plage, le bourg et ses boutiques à pieds.

Cons:

Établissement vieillissant, porte de douche aux montants cloqués par la rouille, éclats dans l'émail de la baignoire, toilettes trop proches du lavabo en face.
Nous avons été dévorés par les araignées pendant la nuit.
Le parking difficile d'accés, trop exigu.

Freundliche Dame am Empfang, gepflegter Poolbereich, Meeresrauschen, bequemes sauberes Bett, Raumklima (wenn auch leicht säuerlicher Geruch in unserem Zimmer), Parkplätze, Hafennähe

Sie wirkte leider herunter gekommen: rostige Teile, kaputte Sonnenjalousien bei anderen (bei uns zum Glück relativ neu) schmuddelige Dichtungen, schlapper Föhn, Schimmel im Kühlschrank, graufarbenes Handtuch hat braunen Fleck(hatten zum Baden zum Glück eigene Handtücher dabei), abgestoßene Türen, ungepflegte Bepflanzung bei der Terrasse - nichts für Ästheten, aber für 2 Nächte ok

Un lieu idéal pour profiter des plaisirs de l'océan.
Pros:

Hébergement situé juste à côté de la plage. Nous avons pu pique-niquer face au coucher de soleil!
