Pros:

El precio

Cons:

No hay plato de ducha, la bañera es vieja y está pintada y resbala. No hay alfombrilla antideslizante. Tampoco hay presión de agua. No hay ventilador . No hay cama de matrimonio con lo cual es imposible dormir para una pareja.

Bueno estaba cerca de todo, pero para llegar era complicado había que subir escaleras y no había facilidad para aparcar.
