Pros:

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, nice. Great breakfast! Wonderful!

Cons:

Beds were hard and pillows were thicker than what is comfortable to us.

Perfect solo stay in Hanoi
Pros:

I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The location is excellent right in the Old Quarter, close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day.

The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions I had. As a solo traveler, this made me feel comfortable and safe.

The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it offers great value for money.

Cons:

The rooms feel slightly dated, and the bathroom could benefit from some renovation as there are visible signs of wear.

Der Service war der Wahnsinn! Alles war top organisiert und alle waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Mai beim Frühstücksservice war super lieb und hat dafür gesorgt, das es einem an Nichts mangelt.

Pros:

L'emplacement proche de, la vieille ville, la chambre était propre, la literie de qualité, le petit déjeuner avec du choix. Mention spéciale pour la responsable breakfast "MAI" très professionnelle et attachante, ainsi que pour le cuisinier HANG.
D'une manière générale le staff dans son ensemble était frandly, toujours de bon conseil.
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Cons:

Some of the things like curtains , furniture upholstery needs upgrade to make it feel clean.
Also credit card payment was increased by 4 % by the property to cover themselves. It should be disclosed upfront on Booking .com site.

Fantastico
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Camera al piano alto molto luminosa con finestra sull’ampio cortile interno. Camera davvero accogliente e silenziosa. Letto comodissimo, pulizia top. Staff cordialissimo e gentile inoltre Jessica un valido supporto in tutto.

Pros:

Da simpatia e atenção dos funcionários. O prato de fruta como cortesia de boas vindas foi excelente.

Cons:

A única que não gostámos e por isso não damos a nota máxima, foi por vezes um cheiro a esgoto que vinha do ralo do duche, mas nada que nos obrigasse a mudar de quarto.
