Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent location. In the very busy Old Quarter neighborhood with all its restaurants and shops, yet it was quiet at night. Nice little temple right across the street. Good breakfast.

Pros:

Great location in old quarter down a side street so it’s super quiet at night for sleeping. The beds were comfy with nice cotton sheets. Breakfast is great - a small buffet with the option of unlimited à la carte plates free of charge. Jenny and Anna at reception were super helpful and all the staff are extremely friendly. 100% recommend

旧市街観光には最適
Pros:

スタッフさんがとても親切でした。
観光スポットの地図を渡してくれたので便利でした。

朝食が美味しかった！ビュッフェとオーダービュッフェです。バナナパンケーキが美味しかった。

とても立地が良いので、観光には最適です！

Bessere Alternative gibt es sicherlich.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereit Mitarbeiter. Die Lage von Hotel ist OK. Liegt ruhig in einer Straße. Theoretisch man sollte kein Lärm hören.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Angeblich 16 qm. Nach meiner Schätzung waren nicht mehr als 12 qm inkl. Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut..Der hat jede 10 Minuten noch stärkeren Geräusch gemacht. Frühstück war auch nicht besonders. Aus unsere zwei Wochen Vietnam Reise war hier einer die Teuerste Hotel und auch das schlechteste.von allen. Das habe ich an der Rezeption beim Auschecken mitgeteilt. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich trotzdem gebeten Bewertungen mit 9 und 10 zu schreiben. Und da dachte ich deshalb dieses Hotel 9.6 überhaupt hat. Wir sind noch eine dritte Nacht in Hanoi geblieben. Hotel und Erfahrung sehr positiv. Etwa 20 Euro pro Nacht günstiger, beste Lage, AC in Ordnung, richtige Zimmergröße Eingabe.

Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel. This is not only due to its location but also to the staff, especially the young lady who worked at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and offered a daily changing menu in addition to the à la carte options.

假設你要提早出門 還能請他們做你想吃的然後外帶

位置也很好
附近很多咖啡廳跟餐飲店
跟飯店合作的按摩店也很棒!!!
可以打9折

Cons:

不太喜歡一開始住的雙人房有一股陳舊的不好聞味道
然後工作人員在我要退房時有點強硬的要求我在等計程車前2分鐘幫他們在網站留好評有點敗好感
（所以我拒絕了）

但基本上大部分工作人員都算友善親切！

Quiet digs in Hanoi Old Quarter.
Pros:

Central location; complimentary made to other breakfast plus buffet; wonderfully helpful staff; reasonably priced airport transfers; good A/C; free upgrade to larger studio
