Staff gentile e super disponibile. Ci hanno permesso di fare doccia prima di partire.

Cons:

Stanza piccola con letto contro il muro e per rifarlo ci salgono sopra?Condizionatore vecchio e sporco con aria diretta sul letto. Le foto di camere e struttura sono ritoccate. Non vi è oscuramento in camera, solo una tenda a rullo con fasce. La struttura un po datata si trova in un vicolo dove non passano le auto con mercato alimentare all aperto e l odore non è dei migliori. I tour non fanno pick up in zona perché zona chiusa. Colazione in una stanza senza finestre e poco, ma poco varia.

Pros:

A great helpful staff, good food and really a good beginning to start a Vietnam trip. Offers a shower after a check out, really good breakfast . Good conditioner, placement, comfy beds

No “wow factor”, but a perfectly acceptable hotel.
Pros:

This was a fine hotel. Nothing spectacular, but perfectly adequate.
I highly recommend you request rooms on floors 5 or 6, because those floors are above the neighboring buildings, so the sun is not blocked, the light shines through and it’s more cheerful. The floors under 5, tend to be dark.
Breakfast is perfectly adequate, not amazing, but fine.
The hotel in on Yen Thai, which is a busy alleyway, connecting Hang Manh St., and Hang Dieu. But there’s no street sign on Hang Dieu. So I recommend turning off Hang Bong, on to Hang Manh. Go about 100-125m, and the sign for Yen Thai is on the left. Enter the alley for 20m, and the hotel is on the left.
If you want a good haircut, go to 77 Hang Non Street, off of Hang Dieu, 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. Mr. Nguyen Manh, 37 years cutting hair, and where everyone else is charging 200-250K, Mr. Manh charges 150K.
Kevin in hotel reception was very helpful. Overall, I believe you would be satisfied with this property.

Cons:

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, but there’s was nothing exceptional about it. It’s a safe choice.

Hôtel à fortement recommander
Pros:

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner (merci à May et à son équipe), l’accueil. Nous avons été surclassés puisque nous demandions un lit double.
Le personnel nous a organisé deux sorties dans la baie d’Halong et la baie d’Halong terrestre dont nous avons été très satisfaits.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour la journée après avoir libéré la chambre et avons eu la possibilité de prendre une douche en fin d’après-midi avant de prendre le train pour Sapa.

We have a good time staying at this hotel. Is value for money and location is fantastic.
Pros:

Mai, the morning breakfast lady is so wonderful and rushed to prepare our super early breakfast at 6am which supposed to open at 6:30am. We are so grateful and thankful that 4 of us were so well fed.
