I prezzi alti dei ristoranti e bar all'interno, la spa carina ma piccola e con la piscina con acqua fredda!, pulizia della stanza superficiale, pulizia assente sulle scale, attenzione: comunicare di voler cambiare le lenzuola altrimenti non le cambiano...

The location is great near Gardaland

Cons:

The staff undriendly and guests are not informed where they need to check in. You are sent from one reception desk to another. The staff is unfriendly and we got the impression that children are not welcome as this is golf resort. The rooms are in poor condition, with mold in the sinks and ants in the bed, on the wardrobes, around the TV and in the dressing room. The hairdryer is pratically useless as it is mot powerful enough to dry long hair.
