Un établissement calme et très bien placé à St Rémy, un joli jardin, des chambres confortables et la climatisation appréciable !

L’accès manuel au parking avec une porte métallique qui tient mal ouverte.

Pros:

Les hôtes de ce petit paradis en Provence sont très à l'écoute et arrangeant pour leurs clients. Un accueil exceptionnel et une belle rencontre, Nous étions 3 sœurs pour un événement et ce week-end au Chalet fleuri à été réussi. Merci à Frédérique et Cyrille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Provence
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, wahrhaftig viele Blumen. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Die Eigentümer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer bot alles was man braucht, Klima-Anlage funktionierte einwandfrei.

The grounds were beautiful. Very relaxed. Close to center. Next to Boulangerie. Parking.
One owner speaks English.

Cons:

It is not allowed to bring food or drinks on the property or iron in your room.

Air conditioning is turned off if I am not in the room when they clean it.

The weather was very hot, and I could not order food or buy fruit to take to my room. “No snacking.”

It was clearly about controlling costs, maintaining the property, and profit.

Owners were cold tempered.

Exactly as described, with charming hosts, a delightful garden and excellent breakfast.

The location was perfect for easy walking into the centre and access to the main roads.

The room was as expected. Simple, clean, good air conditioning which was essential in 38c temperatures. Everything worked and was as per the photographs. We appreciated having rooms on the ground floor in the heat.
The breakfast was excellent. A wide variety of items with lovely fresh fruit, cheeses and saucisson and two types of bread as well as pastries and cake. Coffee and tea were high quality. It was delightful to sit outside under the old trees to eat it.
The garden was charming and shady. We didn't have time to swim but the pool looked inviting and very clean with plenty of loungers.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They explained clearly what we needed to know about accessing the property after the gates and door were closed at night.
If we visited St Remy again, we would definitely stay here.

Cons:

The decor of the room was somewhat tired and more functional than charming. The bathroom was similar.
The corridor leading to the rooms was very functional and dull. A sudden change from the charm of the old part of the house, where we entered.
