Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter , sehr sauber! Nur das Zimmer war winzig klein. Deshalb bei der Ausstattung nur so wenig Sterne. Das beste war, dass direkt am Hotel eine Bushaltestelle war und dass die Rezeptionistin deutsch konnte. Das Buffet war zwar klein, aber man konnte alles vorfinden. Besonders viele süße Speisen

The room was clean. The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Do yourself a favor and book another hotel. This one is far from the centre of Udine and right by a busy road. As there is no ventilation you need to sleep with the window open and It is really noisy. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable.
The worst thing about the hotel is the staff. We had booked a twin room. When we arrive we are told we have been given a double room with a queen bed. This was not an option for us. Turns out that they do have twin rooms available, but we will have to pay extra to get it. When we ask if we can cancel the reservation and get a refund they refuse. They really treated us badly and were rude the whole time even though we in the end had to go along with the scam and pay extra to get the room we had booked. Horrible experience!
