Incredible anniversary stay!
Pros:

We couldn't be happier with every single aspect of our stay. Every single member of staff was kind, helpful and professional in the most genuine way. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast included was brilliant. Location was exceptional. We came to Madeira to celebrate our two year wedding anniversary and this was noticed and we were made to feel like truly special guests. 10/10 recommended!

10/10 would recommend.
Pros:

Friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. They helped me make my girlfriend’s birthday special by organizing flowers and also gave her a little gift. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and about the area. 10/10 breakfast and the staff were super super nice, particularly shoutout to Andre and Jessica.

Cons:

Everything was great. Only small hiccup was that we got two double beds pushed together but they are on wheel so they can slide apart at night but not a biggie.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel oberhalb der Altstadt von Funchal gelegen. Fußläufig alles in Funchal zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück bekommt man auf der Terrasse mit Blick über Funchal morgens serviert. Der Garten ist seht gepflegt.
Das Hotel ist international ausgerichtet und kann man nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Außenfassade könnte einen frischen Anstrich vertragen, da dieser den Originalfotos nicht mehr entspricht.

Pros:

Quarto grande e confortável, café da manhã bom, atendimento dos funcionário do café da manhã muito bom. Fica perto do centro histórico, da para ir a pé, 10 min caminhando, só lembrando que a volta para o hotel é uma subida. Se for de carro precisa reservar a garagem

Cons:

Na recepção achei os funcionários perdidos, sem material como mapas para dar aos hospedes. Hotel muito barulhento, o piso é de madeira fora dos quartos e logo de manhã cedo já se ouvia falas e passos, ficamos num quarto na frente do elevador, apesar de eu ter pedido um quarto longe do elevador e silencioso, NÃO fiquem nesse, ninguem dorme por causa do barulho. Além disso o hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente, apesar de agradável tudo esta meio caido.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Pros:

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und von unserem Zimmer auf die Stadt und das Meer sind atemberaubend! Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert ist und hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, hat uns als wir erkältet im Zimmer geblieben sind, Tee und etwas zu essen nach oben gebracht. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle, falls man die 10 Minuten zum Meer oder in die Altstadt (mal) nicht laufen will oder kann.

Cons:

Einige Ausstattungsgegenstände im Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wie wir erfahren haben, ist wohl eine Renovierung geplant.
