Pros:

If you want to talk about hospitable....this property has it. We booked a late reservation (about 30 minutes before we arrived). The owner informed us that all rooms were full. She explained that sometimes the booking services don't keep close tabs on the actual occupancy. We understood, but learned that our card had been charged for the stay. My wife and I asked if we could sit on their outdoor patio area to figure out our next move, which she was gracious to allow. Not only did she give us permission, she served us each a free glass of white wine and some snacks for our trouble. As we were looking, she came back and informed us they had a solution, that one of her friends who owns a bed-n-breakfast down the street had an open room. She said we could sleep there, but take advantage of the hotel privileges the next day at her property. The only thing that we'd be using the BnB for is to sleep and that she'd take care of paying for it from the funds we paid for a room at her place. Talk about going above and beyond!! That girl is a problem solver and better yet, exuded the Italian Family hospitality energy like no other. We are so grateful to them and would recommend staying there to anyone!
