Pros:

I had a mountain view room and it was magnificent. The infinity pool is great. The buffet breakfast is excellent.All the staff are friendly and helpful. It is only 7 minutes walk to the centre, and Sun plaza, the indoor heated pool is very nice.

Pros:

In general, the room was spacious as i booked the one with the mountain view. Toilets were clean and breakfast variety was decent. It was about 5min walk away from Sapa Station as well as 10min walk away from Moana Sapa. Would say the location was pretty decent for adults staying.

Cons:

The first and last night, the air con was leaking water and we informed the staff. They got someone to check and did not leak the next day. Overall, still a decent experience.

Wonderful, fabulous
Pros:

The room and view were amazing, the room was very large. The staff were excellent. A delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. The location was great very close to Sun Plaza.

Cons:

There were not enough sun loungers by the pool

Great hotel for price!
Pros:

Uber clean, great breakfast and location. However facilities are not quite as per pictures. Staff were strict in telling us what we can and can’t do.. it’s either a luxury hotel or a back packers hotel make your mind up!

Cons:

Laundry was a little expensive for what we’ve experienced throughout our trip

Lovely place, great staff.
Pros:

The location, the mountain views.
Clean comfortable, great shower.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be that the circular lounges by the pool which really only allow 3 couples to avail of them be swapped for normal sun lounges which would allow more people to sit comfortably around the pool,
