Just okay.

Good location

Cons:

We requested for early check in with fee, since were really tired due to long travelled but the reception told us there were no available rooms to early check in .

The incredible mountain views
Pros:

Bed was comfortable - we asked for additional pillows and the hotel was prompt in supplying them. The views from our room were amazing. The bathroom was great and clean. Breakfast was good. We used both the indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is not heated and we swam with 20 degrees outside temperature - it was so worth it - being in the pool overlooking the magestic mountains. A small suggestion wpuld be if the hotel could consider installing handrails for people with limited moblity to enter the pool safely.

Cons:

This hotel is like a very good 4 star not a 5 star as promoted by this booking site. That being said we had a pleasant stay. The Grand mountain view room we booked doesnt have the best views. But the horel team were most accomodating and changed our room with a better view of the mountains.

I wouldn’t stay in the downtown in Sapa it’s overcrowded super noisy and not the nice mountain and nature experience

It’s on the Main Street, a lot of noise. Trucks, construction and cars. Very very noisy.

מיקום מצוין, צוות שירותי ומסביר פנים. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. יש תמורה למחיר.

Cons:

יש להקפיד על בחירת חדרים בקומה גבוהה עם נוף להר. בצד השני של המלון ראינו חדרים עם קיר שחוסם את החלון. לפעמים היה ריח לא נעים בפרוזדור.. כנראה מהשטיח. יש צורך לשים במרפסות שולחן וכסאות. לא ברור למה מתעקשים בכניסה לבריכה שהאורחים ישתמשו בכפכפים של המלון ולא בכפכפים שלהם, זה לא הגייני.

La piscine, très bon petit déjeuner

L'odeur de moisissure est très présente dans la chambre. Nous l'avons signalée à l'accueil, mais aucune action n'a été entreprise, ni un changement de chambre, ni un nettoyage des traces de moisissure visibles, notamment sous la douche et dans les recoins des carrelages

Hotel was great - good location in Sa Pa. Breakfast was incredible with a crepe & omelette station. The spa facilities were great and good value. The gym was good as well.

Cons:

Our room faced onto a wall - so unlikely to get a view if you go for a standard room.

A great stay.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic - great communication and helpful. The organised very comfortable limousine transport directly from Hanoi airport and back to our hotel in Hanoi with reclining massage seats - perfect for us oldies for the 6 hour trip.

Cons:

We paid a bit extra for the top floor room looking over the valley across rice fields to the mountains and it was well worth it. We ended up eating most meals during our 4 night stay at the Little Vietnam restaurant a couple of doors up - great prices and food.
