Exceptional
Pros:

Everything, excellent staff, great breakfast. Awesome pool with view over mountains. We stayed in deluxe mountain view was exceptional. Heaps of restaurants close by, short walk into town centre.

Beautiful clean hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and very large room - we booked the grand Mountain View.
Excellent breakfast choices.

Cons:

No comfortable lounge area for drinks/chatting. We missed this in an evening.

צוות נחמד , קבלנו בלילה הראשון חדרים פחות טובים ולמחרת העבירו אותנו חדרים למשודרגים.
שימו לב ליד המלון עושים שיפוצים ומרעישים מ7 בבוקר לבקש חדר מרוחק .
בריכה מחוממת נהדרת !!

Experiencia bastante regular.

El autobus llegó muy temprano a Sapa (carreteras muy malas, sin poder dormir en toda la noche), primero iba a llegar a las 9 y preguntamos su podíamos hacer el Chec-in antes, tardaron bastante en responder, casi cuando ya no teníamos opción para cancelarlo sin cargo y nos dijeron que solo si la habitación estaba disponible y que nos cobrarían casi como una noche mas (descuento minimo).

Nos adelantaron la hora de salida del bus y llegamos a las 6:00, nos dijeron que podiamos contratar una noche mas a través de Booking, pero en Booking estaba agotado y nos dijeron que entonces lo podíamos hacer a través suya, pero que era mas caro que a través de Booking....esto no es verdad, pues todo el mundo sabe que Booking tiene su comisión (como es normal) como mediador...pero entramos por el aro porque no teníamos mas opciones....es decir, pagamos 1 noche mas por dormir 2 horas y darnos una ducha antes de la excursión que también les contratamos a ellos....

Hicimos 2 excursiones, la primera contratada con ellos que nos salió por casi 50 euros por persona, muy cara en comparación con la segunda, tanto por contenido, como por ruta y experiencia....La excursión consistió en llevarnos a 2 cascadas (Love WaterFall y Silver Waterfall) y a la segunda casacada la guía no nos quería llevar porque nos dijo que su empresa la había dicho que no estaba contratada, hasta que dijimos que ibamos a llamar al hotel para preguntar.....entonces sí nos llevó. La excursión, a parte de eso (que es una visita que puedes hacer en Grab por unos pocos euros), consistió en llevarnos por un paseo por 3 huertos locales de tomates y lechugas....lo mismo que puedes encontrar en cualquier pueblo de España, y lo peor es la comida que nos dieron estando incluida y con el precio que pagamos.....la Guia era una persona educada pero apenas nos explicó nada. Mi recomendación es que las excursiones las contrateis directamente con operadores en los que el hotel no sea el intermediario.
