Außenpool ist sehr gut
Gym und Innenpool auch sehr gut

Cons:

Die Decke im Innenpool ist sehr niedrig!
Um in den Aussenpool zu gehen, muss man durch die Lobby gehen und das ist sehr unangenehm!
Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt und es musste das Zimmer getauscht werden - was sehr schnell möglich war. Für diese Unannehmlichkeit habe es keine oder eine Vergünstigung. Nebenan war leider auch Baustelle mit Baulärm.

It’s a nice hotel in a great location

Cons:

Paid extra for a balcony and mountain view, which was correct minus the fact that we were one storey directly above the pool so very noisey. To enjoy the view with our curtains open every time we moved people from the pool looked in our room. If we used the balcony we would have been basically a lifeguard of the pool and would have been creepy, so paying extra to upgrade our room was a waste of time. We were on the overnight sleeper bus that arrived at 6am so dropped our luggage to the hotel, they said when the room was ready they would text me. After not hearing from them until 1pm we just sat in the foyer waiting. At 2pm I asked if we could check In yet and we could and they had just not bothered to contact us like they said they would. Would have appreciated that text being we hadn’t slept or showered since the day before.

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

The cleanliness was excellent. The beds were a bit firm, but they were perfectly adequate for a short stay. Toiletries were provided daily, and the housekeeping team did a great job. Slippers and air conditioning were also included.

Cons:

The room I was given felt outdated and had an overall old-fashioned atmosphere. My main concern was the lack of soundproof windows, as I could clearly hear street noise throughout my stay, including construction and traffic. The breakfast offered a wide selection, but the quality was lacking, with many greasy options and limited fresh fruit. I dined at the hotel one evening as well, but unfortunately was not impressed, which led me to skip breakfast afterward. That said, considering the price, it seems the hotel is making a reasonable effort, Additionally, the television display remained blurry throughout my stay.
