They gave us a change to take shower and give us towels and use the shower room after our check out while waiting our departure going back Hanoi. I’m

Just I want to suggest maybe you need to add more workers to help us Costomer to help us deliver our luggage in the room. because in our experience we arrive early morning .our date of check in May 5 to 7.but, we arrive May 6 which bin so late so tiring already upon check in the counter staff told us that we can go to our room and they will deliver our staff but, no one bring our stuff I just ask my husband to get in the lobby coz we need to change and rest.

Great place hotel!
Pros:

The staff and facilities were wonderful and location was the best part in the middle of the city overlooking a wonderful clip size view.

Cons:

We were on our honeymoon and I thought I was booking a standard room with a view and unfortunately we were just facing another Hotel wall wasn’t in the world just wasn’t the room that I was expecting but staff facilities cleanliness location made up for that and for for breakfast, the views were great out in the lobby, so hard to beat!

Pěkný hotel v centru Sapy, jen kousek od náměstí s Plaza Station, odkud jezdí vláček a lanovka na Fansipan, prostorné pokoje a neuvěřitelně pohodlné a velké postele, výhled z pokoje do údolí a na hory, výborné snídaně s obrovským výběrem.

Can't get more central in Sapa
Pros:

Location is unbeatable

Cons:

Restaurant has no concept of service. Staff are much too slow clearing and cleaning tables. I actually did this every morning to demonstrate what tourists might expect to their frustration.

Worth it for the views alone
Pros:

Great location on the edge of SaPa. Stunning views, even in the mist. Massive, comfortable bed (although might be hard for some). The outdoor pool was amazing (well, my wife used it) but freezing, although we expected that. The indoor pool was warmer and good for a dip. Extensive and tasty breakfast.

Ruime, schone kamers op een goed gelegen locatie. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een aanrader!
Pros:

Faciliteiten konden gebruikt worden alvorens we ingecheckt waren. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruim ontbijtbuffet. Centrale locatie met mooi uitzicht. Konden nog verfrissen na uitchecken en de bagage achterlaten. Mooie ruime kamers.
