Not worth the price. Staffs are not welcoming and friendly. Overall we would give it a 5/10!

The staffs were very unprofessional and not welcoming!

We paid for a mountain view room and we got a normal room without a proper mountain view.

We had asked for an extra bottle of water and were told that only 2 bottles were given a day by room service.

We have travelled many countries and checked in to many star hotels, but we haven’t come across any 4-star hotel with such policies. We could have definitely stayed at a better hotel for this price!

We would rate it a 5/10 as a whole!

Hotel cómodo en Sapa
Pros:

El hotel está bien. El desayuno es francamente bueno y las vistas desde la terraza son maravillosas.

Cons:

Ninguna objeción pero, a ver,, no es un 5 estrellas, las cosas como son. Las fotos aparentan más de lo que en realidad es.

The hotel is clean and in a perfect location. Great and pleasant staff, big thanks to the reception staff, Emily and Dylan who helped and responded and thanks to them the experience at the hotel was perfect.

Cons:

Next to the hotel they are building so there was a very loud noise when we arrived and sometimes during the day. I would expect the manager to offer us compensation

Une belle étape bel hôtel
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse très belle vue sur les montagnes excellente literie et petit déjeuner extra.

Cons:

Les travaux juste à côté de l'hôtel. Vue sur les montagnes ET sur le chantier. Salle de bain spacieuse mais prend l'eau par un mauvais écoulement de la douche et le robinet du lavabo pas assez long !!!
