Great hotel near Sa Pa centre
Pros:

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Sapa’s center. The staff were welcoming and well prepared, and the breakfast offered a great selection of dishes. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

There are many restaurants nearby, though the quality didn’t always meet our expectations—of course, not the hotel’s fault. We still enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Every thing was perfect. Great value and a place that made travelling easy.
Pros:

There is so much to like. The staff were amazing, happy and friendly. The location was excellent. The Massage was out of this world. The rooms were very spacious.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

I reserved the Presidential suite and the family room. The Presidential suite was outstanding. The family room had slight problems with the air conditioning but it worked the following day.
I would like to commend Emily who always made sure I had the best accommodation. She even gave good recommendations and made tour reservations for us which we are grateful for it.

Cons:

No lotion and hair conditioner.

Bei Buchung eines Grand Mountain View Room ist ein Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

Wenn man in einem Grand Mountain View Room wohnt, ist der Blick auf die Berge großartig - soweit es das Wetter zulässt.. Das Management hat sehr professionell auf unsere Kritik an dem inakzeptablem Zustand unseres ursprünglich gebuchten Deluxe Mountain View Room mit Verständnis und mit einem Upgrading in ein Grand Mountain View Room reagiert.

Der ursprünglich gebuchte Deluxe Mountain View Room hat beträchtliche Mängel.

Pleasant and enjoyed it but unfortunately foggy so no view from balcony.

Cons:

We understood check in was 2 pm but we came in at 7 am and happy to wait till check in but lots of people came in a lot later and allocated rooms sooner. It should be noted that once room free to be cleaned asap if clients waiting.
