Amazing, best views and spa in sapa!
Pros:

Such a great stay! Beautiful luxury hotel with big and comfortable rooms! The spa/massage was the best we ever received, book the VIP one with bath and sauna! Pool is also clean great, best views you can get in Sapa!

We really enjoyed our stay with Kenny and Ku, and Lilly and the whole team were absolutely amazing. We travelled from Hanoi Airport to Sapa, and everything was organised so smoothly. They contacted us via WhatsApp and arranged our sleeper bus to Sapa and our limousine back to Hanoi. It was so convenient being able to pay for both at checkout. Everything felt very safe and reliable, and everyone was incredibly friendly.

We would highly recommend the VIP spa we had the best experience! The hot stone massage, Jacuzzi and steam room were all fantastic. Honestly, everything was 10 out of 10.

The location is perfect and very central to Sapa town centre .

The Hotel staff were very nice. They decorated our beds with Swan and a message saying happy anniversary. We also received a cake too complimentary.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel

Fabulous
Pros:

Mr Kenny, who is the hotel manager, did an excellent job - i planned a secret proposal at Bamboo Hotel a month before my stay. He coordinated the photographer and decorations etc and it turned out perfect.
The rooms were also big and clean. While i did not get a clear view of the mountains in the first few days, eventually i did get lucky when the fog cleared on the last.
Overall, very satisfied.

Highly recommend anyone coming to Sofia to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the hotel is very clean, the room has hygiene products that are renewed every day, the staff is kind and excellent.

Cons:

This may sound petty, the hair dryer is very small and weak.

Досить хороші за винятком праски та шуму який турбував
Pros:

Зручне розташування , номер досить хороший, вигляд дуже красивий

Cons:

Поруч була пральня , що працювала цілу ніч і ми не б змогли нормально виспатись , також попросили позичити праску на що відповідь була що вони не зичать

Pros:

You are always assisted, the room was so spacious and clean. With smart tv. The heated pool was so nice in a cold weather. There is someone who assisted us giving towel, telling us where to shower. Very near restaurants, bag and clothes stores. Just a 10 minutes walk going to Sun plaza (fansipan ride). Staffs are always assisting us from start to end of our 1 day stay. I wish I just stayed for more days in this hotel. Staffs made our stay very comfortable. Stayed in a room with mountain view, so nice. Highly recommended hotel.

Cons:

Space for parking very limited. The price was quite high. They automatically used my card details to put through the payment as it was supposed to be paid in the property as what was stated in booking.com. Card details is a guarantee of ones booking and if it says to be paid in property, they should wait until I checked in.
