Pros:

Lovely view. Right on the mountain.
Very clean and spacious rooms.
Very close of city center.
Great coffee and food.

2 star pretending to be 4 star. Go to Silk Road instead.

Bedding was good, that is pretty much the only positive thing to say.

Cons:

Booked the hotel from looking at the photos.
Booked a double room, got 2 singles and no other option offered.
On checking in , we go to the pool to relax. There are only 6 seats for a hotel with numerous rooms so nowhere to sit or place bags/towels etc. Staff shrug shoulders. 6 seats is a joke.
No hot water in shower in the morning.
At breakfast, half the tables were not cleared. We asked for this to be done but after a while gave up waiting and did it ourselves.

Our wonderful journey already started before we arrived at hotel. Giang at hotel organised transport from Hanoi to hotel, even checking if all was good with transport and checking with driver, on her day off, awesome service. Arriving at hotel our room had the best view of Fansipan and the mountains. Giang arraged a driver for us for one day which was wonderful, he took us to all the best places in Sapa. Giang again arranged our transport back to Hanoi. What a star Giang is a great asset to the hotel. Breakfast at hotel also good, will highly recommend
