Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment top , à l'écoute et très serviable. La chambre était très correcte, le petit déjeuner varié et plein de bonnes choses à manger. Dommage que le temps n'ait pas permis de profiter de la piscine extérieure, celle chauffée au sous-sol était très bien.

Gute Lage, schöne, große Zimmer (Zimmer mit Bergblick, auch wenn die Stadt im Nebel hing).

Cons:

Weder der Outdoor noch der Indoor Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Keine Liegen, im "Keller", sehr dunkel, niedrige Deckenhöhe. Man kann nach/ vor der Zugfahrt/Busfahrt duschen, diese entsprechen aber eher sehr einfachen Schwimmhallen Duschen. Das Hotel wirkt außerhalb des Zimmers wie in den 80ern stehengeblieben. Die Bilder, abgesehen vom Zimmer entsprechen nicht der Realität.
Der Fitnessraum, der gleichzeitig auch ein Kinderbällebad beinhaltet, ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.

Wonderful stay, great staff and good food
Pros:

The staff were amazing. So helpful, friendly and informative. Our room was gorgeous and clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast was great as well with lots of selection to choose from. The indoor pool was lovely and still had a great view.

Pros:

Location is amazing - right in the center of Sapa and with a very nice view on the mountain.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of the region, they provided us with a room for the first night (arrived at 6 am with the night bus so having a room for a few hours really helped for the recovery).
The facilities are really clean, 2 pools and a gym it was appreciated.
The food at breakfast and from the restaurant is fresh and clean.
I also had a surprise from the hotel when they scanned my passport they realized it was my birthday so they sent me a cake and decorated the room it was a really pleasant surprise 🥰

A great hotel, brilliant location, wonderful staff. We spent eleven nights there.
Pros:

Location, view, staff. Good sized room.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t the best. The spa facilities were beautiful but didn’t seem to be well utilised. The massage experience was good but basic. I would have happily paid for higher quality experience.

Très bien !
Pros:

Hôtel idéal après avoir passé 2 jours de trek sous la pluie. Nous avons pu bien profiter du spa et de la salle de sport. La chambre est grande, propre et très bien équipée. Dommage que nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine extérieur à cause de la météo. Le personnel est charmant.
