Vue splendide,pieds dans l'eau (presque)
Pros:

Une vue spectaculaire sur la mer l'île d'Elbe.. Quelle joie de savourer de superbes couchers de soleil depuis le balcon! Les pieds dans le sable. Spacieux, belles chambres !
Personnel très sympathique, puisqu'ils gèrent également l'hôtel, ils sont disponibles pour toute question.

Pros:

Abbiamo passato due giorni stupendi al mare. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e dal balcone si può vedere il tramonto.

Cons:

Le porcellane erano sporche. La pulizia dovrebbe forse controllare se gli ospiti le hanno pulite bene.

Meerferien an schöner Lage am X-km-langen Sandstrand

Die Lage und der Ausblick, Das Städtchen mit vielen Restaurant aller Art.

Cons:

Die Küche ist grundsätzlich akzeptabel ausgerüstet, jedoch fehlen m.M. nach Reinigungsschwämme -tücher und -lappen, Trocknungstücher.
Es ist nicht "üblich" und die Gäste müssen alles mitbringen oder kaufen gehen - nachrennen.

Pros:

Der Meerblick inkl. Meerrauschen ist unschlagbar. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Strandliegen, die inklusive sind, sind praktisch und bequem. Man ist fussläufig recht schnell im Zentrum von San Vincenzo.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung inkl. Balkon ist etwas lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Abschlussleisten in Küche und Duschkabine könnte man mal austauschen/reinigen. Das Bett war ein Bettgestell mit harter Matratze. Grundsätzlich war es sauber, aber hier und da auch noch recht staubig. Für den Preis ausserhalb der Saison hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.
