Where do I start?
You are given only one key. I couldn't leave the room and take the key out of the electricity box thing because a freaking annoying alarm sounds every time that you do that, and I'd wake my partner up.
The room smelled like cigarettes so much, even though smoking inside is forbidden.
The AC filters have evidently never been cleaned before.
The beds were okay, but everything is evidently old.
The carpet was filthy.
I had the Do Not Disturb sign put up on my door handle, yet the housekeeper still went in when we weren't there.
There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so the whole room was filled with them in the evening. We couldn't sleep all night. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HOTEL IN A CITY THAT HAS A RIVER FLOWING THROUGH IT.
Some of the lamps in the bedroom didn't work.
The view is non-existent.
No utilities, for example, a kettle.

The toilet had sh*t stains on it, evidently wasn't cleaned before we went in.
The shower cabin leaked water everywhere.
The only toiletries you are given for showering are... hand soap. A dispensing device is attached in the shower cabin that uses the same liquid as the one at the sink.
