Will surely book that apartment again!
Pros:

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds. It was big with a large porch. The pool is nice as well and the price was great for 4 adults.

Cons:

The boiler is small for a 2 bedroom apartment so you don’t have warm water for more than 10 minutes, you need to wait around 15 min per shower for that water to warm up.

Overall a great stay with relaxing pool, novels to read & proximity to playa de America.
Pros:

A lovely property located right next to the beach. I had a pool-facing room, and the sunset views from the room and balcony were breathtaking. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was also spotless, with toiletries and fresh towels provided.

The pool was great, and the restaurant was good as well. You can also book a massage if you’re looking to relax. There’s a nice collection of novels available if you want to read and unwind by the pool.

The room includes a kitchen if you prefer to cook, though you’ll need to buy basics like oil, sugar, and salt. Conveniently, there’s a small supermarket right outside.

Cons:

Finding a parking spot could pose challenges.

- Clean throughout
- Towels changed daily
- Bedding changed during the week
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Nice pool area
- Great location in Los Cristianos
- Approx. ½ mile walk to the beach
- Only 4 minutes’ walk to Mercadona supermarket

❌ Cons
- Hot water tank limited to 40 litres; takes around 30 minutes to reheat
Only 3 quick showers possible before running out

- One-bedroom apartment felt quite dark
Safety bars on windows made the bedroom feel enclosed
Needed lights on most of the time

- No freezer compartment in the fridge (unusual for self-catering)

- Bedroom backed onto the road. Noticeable traffic noise at night, even with double glazing

Overall: Clean and well-located hotel, but a few practical issues affected our stay.
