Pros:

Staff are very friendly. Location was good and walkable also close enough to Siena and Florence and a lot of the wineries. Pool was pretty clean and right temperature. Breakfast was pretty good. You truly feel like you're living in an old villa. There was a mini fridge, a small stove and even a sink in our room. A/C and Wifi both worked great.

Cons:

The room and its furniture are all pretty old. It wasn't a problem for us, we liked it but if you're looking for a nice looking place to stay this is not for you.

מיקום מעולה בעמק הקיאנטי קרוב לפירנצה ומושלם לטיול כוכב בטוסקנה. חדר גדול ומרווח , חדר אמבטיה מעולה עם מקום רב להנחת פריטי רחצה,מזגן מצויין. מלון יפהפה עם נוף קסום.חניה בשפע.
אלכס בעלת המלון ובני משפחתה מקסימים ושירותיים מאוד.ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת.בכפר במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה מסעדות מצויינות. היתה לנו חופשה נפלאה!

Tuscany’s Hidden Gem
Pros:

Where do I begin.. The welcome is very warm. The staff is just so wonderful and you feel at home instantly. We came a little early and they did everything so that we could check in immediately. I’m the meantime they offered us Aperol spritzes for the wait and some towels to chil in the pool. The house is so beautiful by the way. Very authentic and I love the colors. Now, the breakfast is the best I’ve ever ver had in Italy, the town offers everything a wind down holiday needs and, once again, the family staff is the absolute best. I’m so sad the holiday is over..<3

Villa Il Fedino is a charming place with outstanding hosts, and we would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Il Fedino and felt like genuinely welcome guests from the moment we arrived. The hosts deserve special praise for their warm hospitality, personal approach and constant willingness to help. Their attention to detail made our stay especially pleasant and memorable.

The breakfast was excellent: fresh, healthy, varied and beautifully served. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a very good night’s sleep.

The swimming pool next to the villa is another major highlight. It is very well maintained and provides a peaceful, first-class setting for relaxation.

Charming 700 year old villa
Pros:

This family run villa with its old world charm is a little gem and won't disappoint. From the moment you check in, you are made to feel welcome and like family. The place has a new pool for guests overlooking the Tuscan valley and they serve the most beautiful breakfasts each morning with pastries that are so fresh, you will question others you may eat. The place may look a little tired but honestly I'd stay here again. There are lots of eating options within a 10 min walk. Now like a lot of places in Italy, if you get placed higher up, there are steps and no elevators but they are happy to help with your luggage which we appreciated and there were bottles of water for us to use which again.. Small gesture but much appreciated as we went when it was incredibly hot. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place. Also thank you for nice fluffy pillows.

Cons:

Honestly everything was great - I wouldn't have minded an iron and ironing board for me to use but this is minor. I could have asked as well but didn't.

Beautiful vibes in the heart of Tuscany
Pros:

Lorenzo and his family made our stay more than magical. Every breakfast prepared with love, every conversation an insight into their culture and their passion. The villa is gorgeous and authentic, with a fabulous pool and garden. A close walk to the main village, with charming restaurants, salons, and all you need.

Cons:

While the bathrooms were very clean, they could use an update (which is happening next year!)

Authentic, charming, relaxing and resotrative.
Pros:

Our room was incredibly clean, charming and authentic. Oversized rooms with plenty of floor space, which was important for us with a lot of luggage. The bed was very very comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities you need. The Villa is situated on a perfect block of land with a massive pool, plenty of space to lay by the pool or sit down with a bottle of wine and soak up spectacular sunset views of vineyards. Our breakfast was included and I am usually not one to eat breakfast in the morning but this was very special. Every morning the small group of guests gather at the garden where there is a small area with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy their incredible view while they serve you a beautiful breakfast. Every morning is something different with home made sweets, eggs made to order and a plethora of other breakfast options to have. We were excited to eat every morning and it was a great was to start the day. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay. The villa is situated a short walk to the main town square where you can enjoy some shopping at the boutique stores or a meal at several of the local restaurants. Food is perfect. Most importantly the family and staff who work there are all incredibly friendly and hospitable. We miss them already! We cannot wait to go back :)
