Villa Il Fedino

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Il Fedino and felt like genuinely welcome guests from the moment we arrived. The hosts deserve special praise for their warm hospitality, personal approach and constant willingness to help. Their attention to detail made our stay especially pleasant and memorable.

The breakfast was excellent: fresh, healthy, varied and beautifully served. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a very good night’s sleep.

The swimming pool next to the villa is another major highlight. It is very well maintained and provides a peaceful, first-class setting for relaxation.

Stunning 700 year old ‘summer house’ on the edge of San Casciano. Lorenzo and family have lived here for over 200 years.

This family run villa with its old world charm is a little gem and won't disappoint. From the moment you check in, you are made to feel welcome and like family. The place has a new pool for guests overlooking the Tuscan valley and they serve the most beautiful breakfasts each morning with pastries that are so fresh, you will question others you may eat. The place may look a little tired but honestly I'd stay here again. There are lots of eating options within a 10 min walk. Now like a lot of places in Italy, if you get placed higher up, there are steps and no elevators but they are happy to help with your luggage which we appreciated and there were bottles of water for us to use which again.. Small gesture but much appreciated as we went when it was incredibly hot. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place. Also thank you for nice fluffy pillows.

Lorenzo and his family made our stay more than magical. Every breakfast prepared with love, every conversation an insight into their culture and their passion. The villa is gorgeous and authentic, with a fabulous pool and garden. A close walk to the main village, with charming restaurants, salons, and all you need.

Le meilleur hôtel de tout notre séjour en Italie ! Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, le cadre est reposant, la suite spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner parfait ! Je recommande sans hésitation !

Our room was incredibly clean, charming and authentic. Oversized rooms with plenty of floor space, which was important for us with a lot of luggage. The bed was very very comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities you need. The Villa is situated on a perfect block of land with a massive pool, plenty of space to lay by the pool or sit down with a bottle of wine and soak up spectacular sunset views of vineyards. Our breakfast was included and I am usually not one to eat breakfast in the morning but this was very special. Every morning the small group of guests gather at the garden where there is a small area with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy their incredible view while they serve you a beautiful breakfast. Every morning is something different with home made sweets, eggs made to order and a plethora of other breakfast options to have. We were excited to eat every morning and it was a great was to start the day. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay. The villa is situated a short walk to the main town square where you can enjoy some shopping at the boutique stores or a meal at several of the local restaurants. Food is perfect. Most importantly the family and staff who work there are all incredibly friendly and hospitable. We miss them already! We cannot wait to go back :)

Best breakfast I’ve ever had at an Italian B+B. Lorenzo and Alessandra are passionate food people and each day they made something different and delicious.

Perfection in Chianti region! I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Villa Il Fedino! This family owned bed and breakfast left us with so many beautiful memories. The property is immaculate. The location was exactly what we imagined for a stay in the Italian countryside. Lorenzo’s cooking class is an absolute must do during your stay!

Everything about this property is just superb, the location, the views from the garden and the room, the onsite parking, the breakfast, and most importantly our host Lorenzo who is very helpful, and goes the extra mile to ensure that our stay is memorable. Would definitely go back to stay there again.

This is a beautiful place in San casciano .. the views are breathtaking. It is originally a family home and they turned it to this beautiful bed and breakfast . Our host Lorenzo was just Amazing, so welcoming and went out of his way to recommend places around florence and tuscany ..

An Absolutely Perfect Stay!Our stay at this beautiful, family-run boutique hotel was simply perfect from start to finish.Lorenzo and the entire team were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and truly could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home.A major highlight of our trip was the pasta-making cookery class. It was a fantastic experience, highly engaging, and delicious!If you are looking for a charming hotel with exceptional personal service and wonderful activities, this is the place to book.
