Pros:

It is in a beautiful location with fantastic views and also close to town where there are great restaurants and gelatos. The breakfasts were so delicious and plentiful and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

Cons:

They charged for the pool towels.

One of our favorite experiences in Italy!
Pros:

Location was so convenient for our Florence visits and we also enjoyed the nearby quaint town that provided delicious dinners. We woke up to phenomenal breakfasts and views every morning, warm and kind staff especially Lorenzo, and guests we also ran into were also so lovely. Our experience here could not be more perfect.

A perfect stay in every way!
Pros:

We had a glorious stay at Villa II Fedino. The owners, the staff, the Villa, the grounds, the pool and the breakfast were all incredible.
They went out of their way to provide a specific breakfast item for my companion, they upgraded our room since we were celebrating a special occasion, they were kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is right in town, so easy walking to dinner and shops.
We would stay again without hesitation! It was wonderful.

Incantata!!
Pros:

È una splendida villa antica gestita dai proprietari. Persone attente e squisite. Le colazioni eccezionali. Lorenzo (il figlio) mi ha cucinato uova alla “Frank “, così da loro soprannominate in onore di un precedente ospite davvero strepitose.
Le stanze ampie ed eleganti con un meraviglioso letto a baldacchino.
La villa si trova vicino al centro raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
Ritorneremo!

Super lekker ontbijt, geweldige kamer met mooi uitzicht op het zwembad en de valei daarachter. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, ze waren super geïnteresseerd in hun gasten en vertelde veel over de regio. Ze verkopen ook geweldige olijfolie 👍🏻

Pros:

Staff are very friendly. Location was good and walkable also close enough to Siena and Florence and a lot of the wineries. Pool was pretty clean and right temperature. Breakfast was pretty good. You truly feel like you're living in an old villa. There was a mini fridge, a small stove and even a sink in our room. A/C and Wifi both worked great.

Cons:

The room and its furniture are all pretty old. It wasn't a problem for us, we liked it but if you're looking for a nice looking place to stay this is not for you.

מיקום מעולה בעמק הקיאנטי קרוב לפירנצה ומושלם לטיול כוכב בטוסקנה. חדר גדול ומרווח , חדר אמבטיה מעולה עם מקום רב להנחת פריטי רחצה,מזגן מצויין. מלון יפהפה עם נוף קסום.חניה בשפע.
אלכס בעלת המלון ובני משפחתה מקסימים ושירותיים מאוד.ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת.בכפר במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה מסעדות מצויינות. היתה לנו חופשה נפלאה!
