Chambre très propres, confortables avec toutes les commodités. Tout est bien pensé et en plus la déco est très sympa.
Le petit Trianon et un hôtel exceptionnel ,accueil , gentillesse , petit déjeuner , au centre de Nice géographiquement formidablement placé , propreté top . on prend soin de vous pour que votre séjour soit le plus formidable possible .

Located near what may be called the modern centre, a stone throw from "Vielle ville" (Old town). It is run as a family business, Upon our arrival, I heard her admonish her teenage son to speak English. (I speak French so I found it cute) So no official breakfast, but we could request one, no laundry service, but we could request the hostess to wash things. All this at a very decent price. If course this is in a converted older dwelling so the "bathroom" was maybe unorthodox, but it worked! The access was also a bit bewildering when we arrived, with an arrow high on the wall in the staircase showing we were on the right track. If you are unwilling to climb stairs, there is a competitor which is more accessible, but also twice as expensive, and also lacking the charms of the hostess at Le Petit Trianon et le Charme des Suites (but all are polite).
I intende first to leave this negative section blank. It could have been more luxurious, many would require an elevator, (I don't mind climbing stairs) but there is that cost of such things. Just around the corner is Rue Masséna with all kinds of restaurants and there is nightlife to about 1 am. Then it is all quite. So I add this just to manage your expectations.

Très bien placé et jolie petite chambre. Très sympa, heureuse de trouver un lieu sans moquette au sol. Lit confortable!
pas du tout insonorisé ! On entend les voisins du dessus toute la nuit et les voisins de chambre qui rentrent. Sinon tout était top !
