This is a great place to stay for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The property is older but very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The location can’t be beat, around the corner from the docks where boats to the Cíes Islands leave and close to the historic center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is a rather long walk to the train station. 15-20 minutes mostly uphill from the hotel and downhill from the station. Not bad if the weather is good and you don’t have too much luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Compostela Vigo. Its location couldn’t have been better—just around the corner from the Camino Way, and within easy walking distance of the marina, shops, restaurants, and Vigo’s historic quarter.

Check-in was quick and seamless, with a particularly helpful and welcoming receptionist. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and reliable WiFi.

Breakfast was served in the café with table service, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed an omelette, toast, croissant, fresh orange juice, and coffee—everything was fresh, delicious, and served by friendly staff.

Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’d happily return!

Not a great experience.
Pros:

The staff were very nice but the place was very noisy due to the doors there was no way to close them quietly, certainly not sound proof 😉

Excellent location within the town centre and near the port. 20 mins walk to bus & train stations, airport bus stop close by. Very helpful reception staff, comfortable room, adjoining coffee shop for breakfast.

Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, al lado del puerto y del casco viejo. Amabilidad del personal, nos guardaron las maletas después del check out para que podamos ir a desayunar. Tener plaza de parking es un plus (por 12€ al día). La cama muy cómoda y el baño reformado.

Cons:

Se escuchaban ruidos y las puertas de otras habitaciones. Un poco antiguo el mobiliario. Falta una neverita para poder guardar agua fría que llevabamos.
