En general, todo bien y muy cómodo.

Cons:

Se escuchaban las conversaciones de las habitaciones cercanas, no llegaba a molestar, pero seguro no podrías descansar si los pasajeros hubieran sido más ruidosos!

Staff are faultless, excellent service, helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was made to order and was a perfect start to the day.

Voltaremos de certeza
Pros:

Todos os anos vamos a Vigo. Todos os anos escolhemos um hotel diferente. Este foi de longe o melhor, a todos os níveis. Conforto e localização.

Cons:

Com muita pena nossa, tivemos uns vizinhos péssimos, que não nos deixaram dormir. Desde videochamadas as 3h da manhã, a mulheres de salto alto a caminhar no piso de cima, dentro dos quartos. Achamos que o hotel não tem culpa, sendo que como sugestão, deixamos que limitem o horário de entrada até às x horas ou que haja rondas dos recepcionistas entre os diferentes andares, de forma a minimizar o comportamento negativo de alguns hóspedes que incomoda os restantes que pretendem descansar (chegamos ao hotel as 23h e só adormecemos eram 5h da manhã).
