Cons:

No aplicativo constava que tinha estacionamento gratuito. Pra mim o estacionamento é essencial, mas tive que pagar.
No aplicativo fiz a reserva por aproximadamente R$ 530,00 reais. Tive que pagar na acomodação R$ 610,00 reais. Acredito que o aplicativo tem que deixar claro para o consumidor. Se eu soubesse pelo aplicativo que teria que pagar o valor que paguei não teria ido para este hotel. Teria melhores na região.
O café da manhã é mediano a julgar pelo valor cobrado e o odor do quarto é enjoativo.

Sujo, muito, tem um negócio não identificável no ralo do banheiro; banho frio, não estava funcionando o chuveiro, não estava funcionando o Wi-Fi, mofo nas paredes e paguei relativamente caro pela hospedagem. Faz tempo que não fico tão insatisfeita com um hotel. Café da manhã fraco. A única coisa boa eh a localização. Os funcionários também são educados.

Cama confortável.

Cons:

Acomodação do quarto para 3 pessoas, com apenas 1 tomada no quarto 1 no banheiro, inviável. No terceiro dia o quarto ao lado estava com a tv muito alta. No dia 11 foi solicitado um apoio para ajustar a tv, não apareceram. O café da manhã não fez bem em todos os dias de hospedagem, e olha que o consumido foi apenas café, com leite, pão e ovo e água..
