Super locatie vriendelijk eigenaren en voor de hond ook super
Pros:

Kleinschalig , uitzicht, ruime appartement, erg gastvrij en dat je toch lekker even kon zwemmen.
En natuurlijk de tuin rondom hekken voor de hond.

Pros:

Super Lage. Premium Aussicht über den Gardasee. Zwei Balkone... Wohnung angemessen ausgestattet. Soll diesen Winter modernisiert werden laut Vermieter.
Super netter Kontakt. Pool und Bar sehr gepflegt. Bequeme Betten. 2min zum Bäcker. Eigener Parkplatz kostenlos auf dem Hof. Wochenmarkt vor der Tür ist auch ganz toll. Würden immer wieder gerne hierher zurückkommen.

Rundum ein toller Ort um den Gardasee zu erkunden!
Pros:

Die Aussicht war sehr schön, der Hotelbesitzer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gab super leckere Drinks an der Hauseigenen Poolbar. Der private reservierte Parkplatz hat das gesamte abgerundet.

Ještě že je tam tak krásně ...
Pros:

Nádherné místo. V nepříliš frekventované části pobřeží, na pláž čtvrt hodiny chůze, velmi milé malé městečko, kde se dá zažít trh nebo společenská akce na náměstí. A ty výhledy - nezapomenutelné, člověk by se z terasy či balkonu nehnul. Ale i od bazénu jsou pěkné. I když je hned vedle parkoviště (k rezidenci), je příjemné u něj trávit čas a nic člověka neruší. V bazénu se plave dobře a voda byla docela fajn. Postel má vysokou matraci, je pohodlná, ale pokud se neradi tisknete i ve spánku, není vám zrovna po chuti, že se kutálíte k sobě. Spánek po ránu ruší provoz na silničce (a retardér pod oknem), ale není to nic hrozného.

Cons:

Když hučí na jedné straně (na terase) zdroj či router k soustavě mobilních vysílačů na střeše a pod balkonem jiný stroj (permanentně), naruší to dojem. Mnohem horší je, že terasa u apartmanu 5 je malým plůtkem rozdělená na soukromou a veřejnou. Nezamyká se vstup na ni, ani hlavní vstup do domu, tudíž nemůžete nechat dveře na terasu otevřené, aby se v noci (nebo i jindy) větralo. Kdokoliv, kdo vstoupí na terasu, vidí dovnitř do apartmánu (žádné záclony ani nic jiného tam není), třeba jak jdete z koupelny do ložnice. Tedy bezpečnost nulová, soukromí nic moc. Zajímavé jsou otužovací přestávky ve sprchování - když nestihnete zareagovat (a opařit se), vypadne teplá voda třeba na minutu. V kuchyni je otlučený nábytek a příšerně malý stůl, příbory jsou sotva pro dva, musíte neustále mýt nádobí. A když máte desetidenní pobyt, nevymění vám automaticky ručníky a ložní prádlo jako ve slušném ubytování. Možná kdybychom se zeptali ... ale měla by to být samozřejmost. Pomíjím nedostatek věšáků v koupelně a jiné drobnosti. A ještě jedna věc - když se v pátek rozhodnete odjet, musíte auto odvézt jinam a všechny kufry stěhovat tam. Protože ulice před domem je kvůli trhu v pátek 6 - 15 neprůjezdná.

Csodás kilátás,tisztaság ,gondoskodó szállásadó.
Pros:

Csodás volt az elhelyezkedése,a kilátás.
Michele minden fontos tudnivalót elküldött előre,ez nagyon sokat segített.
Tisztaság és jól szervezettség.
Szeretnénk mèg visszatérni.

Es War mega einfach einer unserer besten Urlaube überhaupt.
Pros:

Wie waren schon oft hier und nicht umsonst. Es ist wie wenn mann zu hause ankommt. Der Vermieter ist mega freundlich es fühlt sich an als kommt man zur eigenen Familie. Die Ferienwohnung War super sauber die betten super weich als wäre mann im eigenen bett zu hause. Wenn etwas gebraucht wird ist der vermieter stets zur stelle. Wenn jemand eine Unterkunft sucht dann diese weil ich glaube es gibt für diese Lage und den preis keine bessere.

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nicht was uns an dieser Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in bella italia❤️
Pros:

Wir waren als Familie in der Residence Bellavista. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, riesiges Apartment mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wlan und wunderschöner, großer Terrasse. Alles war sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen Frühstück mit zauberhaftem Blick. Michele und seine Frau sind super lieb,hilfsbereit und sehr Kinderfreundlich. Beide sprechen gutes Englisch und sind bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar. Lage ist super, mit dem Rad schnell am See und der Promenade, ebenfalls am rocca di manerba mit Traumaussicht. Bäckerei und Restaurants, Eisdiele fußläufig erreichbar. Saló, Desenzano mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit Auto in der Nähe (Lidl, Aldi usw.) Sirmione mit der Fähre in 25min ca. Unsere 10 Tage hier vergingen leider viel zu schnell, aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!🙂

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber vllt könnte man in Zuku nft über Moskitonetze nachdenken. Unsere Kleine und ich waren ganz schön zerstochen. Ebenfalls wie bei den Vorrednern vllt bisschen Geschirr usw nachrüsten. Kühlschrank war recht laut und die Vorhänge raus zur Terrasse schon etwas mitgenommen. Dies sind lediglich Verbesserungsvorschläge.🙂

Traumhaft
Pros:

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Bäcker sogar direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht, die man einfach genießen muss. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super netter Vermieter! Gibt tolle Tipps, ist sehr hilfreich bei allen Anliegen.

Cons:

Ein paar mehr Teller wären super und die Betten/ Matratzen waren uns zu weich. Die Couch für eine Woche dagegen leider zu hart bzw. zum dauerhaften Schlafen nicht mehr geeignet.
