Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was well equipped with everything one would need in a stay. Additionally, it was always very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and they always assisted us whenever we needed assistance.

Cons:

Despite the positive aspects it was rather small in size particularly the bathroom - there was very little room for one to move. Additionally, the tv did not work.

Un post favoloso per Roma -location, hospitality and comfort!!
Pros:

Hotel Navona was the perfect location for our pre cruise exploration of Rome!! We were right in walking distance of almost everything -the Pantheon, the Trevi, The Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and so much more! The staff were all fabulous- gave us such a warm welcome and kept our four rooms together so we could gather and catch up in the concerige lounge before and after our adventures. The lift was handy for over packers, rooms were quite spacious, air conditioned and other thoughtful amenities such as robes and slippers. The coffee and baked goods for breakfast were quite yummy too!!

Perfect location to see Rome for the first time

All the staff were very nice and helpful. Property was in a great location to tour Rome. Walking distance from all major sites. The room itself was clean and comfortable

An Amazing breath of fresh air from heat !
Pros:

I love the location, we could walk to everywhere and the staff were so helpful and caring! The room was just the right size and the bathroom had everything we needed! Plus the air conditioning was amazing to and the hotel was beside a wee shop to make it even better!

Great location, bewards for tall people, lots of air fresheners around.
Pros:

Location was amazing, totally walkable to good eats, fountains, bus lines and a pharmacy. It helps the grocery story is about 2-3 blocks away too. The staff was helpful including the luggage porters. The isn't an elevator so keep that in mind.

Cons:

The room was a bit small - tall people beware! We had a room with a jacuzzi but it did not have a shower so you have to sit in the shower and shower with the handle. It is a bit cumbersome to use. The room also had a lot of heavy perfumed air fresheners that I had to unplug at one point since it was soo strong it made me sick.

A true home with the experience of convenience due to location
Pros:

Centrally located to sites, shops, and dining experiences. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

Small lobby to gather in but located next to lounge and dining space which is friendly and open.
