Very nice updated room in a convenient location.
Pros:

Very nice, updated room. Quiet but conveniently located to most main tourist sites but not near the metro.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was good enough. You had to beg to get a coffee/espresso.
Overall staff was helpful but aloof.
Kind of pricey even for Rome.

Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie was perfect voor het bezoeken van de bezienswaardigheden en dicht bij Plaza Navona waar meerdere goede restaurantjes waren. In de badkamer was ook alles voorzien (wasbak, douche , WC, wasprodukten). Onderhoud van de kamers is ook goed. We hadden opgegeven dat deze reis voor een huwelijksverjaardag was en bij aankomst waren de handdoeken opgevouwen als twee zwanen met rozenblaadjes rond. Ontbijtbuffet was goed en voldoende keuze. Wat ook goed was, er was een lift want kamer lag op de derde verdieping.Tweede dag was WC bril losgekomen en hebben we aangegeven bij receptie en toen we in de namiddag terug kwamen was alles al gemaakt.

Cons:

Wat jammer was : op hun site (en ook op die van Booking) zagen de kamers er mooi en groot uit, maar onze kamer lag op de derde verdieping en was niet al te groot. Eén van de twee geboekte kamers had geen kast en moesten al de kleren in de koffer blijven liggen. Het viel op dat dit hun mindere kamers waren. Het valt ook op dat de kamers geboekt via Booking steeds op de hoogste verdieping liggen en van de kleindere kamers zijn, niet zoals de kamers voorgesteld op de site

My stay did end up being shorter, I left on the 19th versus the 22nd.
Pros:

The staff are lovely, they are always very helpful and very kind.

Cons:

My first room was a disappointment, but it was quickly remedied. My second room was a bit bigger and nicer.

overall stay is good. location is exellent. Room size and photo don't match
Pros:

- location is excellent, I will book the same location again on next visit
- room is very small. cannot imagine 2 adaults + 2 adault's luggage
- did not have breakfast at hotel

Cons:

room is very small. It would be fair if photos are accurate. Being along for 2 night, room size is sufficient. Just if I come with wife or family next time, this room size will be an issue

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Navona and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay again.
Pros:

Hotel Navona was perfect for our two night stay in Rome. The location was central to the things we wanted to do and see. We arrived in the early afternoon, and after a quick check-in with the very hospitable staff, our luggage was carried for us up several stairs to our room. The room was small but well equipped. Once we settled in we walked maybe two minutes to the Pantheon and took that in. Hotel Navona was quite easy to navigate to no matter which direction we had wandered. The small cafe there was also nice to grab a coffee or snack. We did not have a meal there.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small. Quite similar to the size of bathroom in an RV camper.
Our room had a window that overlooked an interior space between buildings. One afternoon we were trying to take a quick nap and had the window open as the air was very nice. Some employees were taking a break in that courtyard space and the sounds of their talking echoed up into our room. However, closing the window and turning on the A/C was helpful.
