Cons:

The breakfast was the same every day without any changes and to be honest it wasn't great, the scrambled eggs were a bit weird, same with the meat options. That is the main thing the hotel could improve on, everything else was great.

good hotel but no beach access
Pros:

The hotel was nice, always clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dinners were delicious, but the breakfast was the same every day and lacked variety.

Cons:

From the balcony of our room, we had a sea view. However, it wasn’t possible to swim there because the beach was dirty and rocky. To reach a proper beach, we had to walk for about 30 minutes or take public transport. Unfortunately, this spoiled our overall holiday experience.

It was our anniversary trip which was completely ruined by the hotel . AVOID
Pros:

AVOID. !!! We booked this hotel, and when we arrived ready to check in, we received an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled. It happened completely out of nowhere, without any explanation, even though we had already checked in and paid.

Cons:

As we were left without any accommodation, we asked the reception staff for help, but they simply told us the hotel was overbooked. It was clear that our room had been given to someone else. No alternative accommodation or any other solution was offered.

Pros:

Un excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est très propre, calme et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible. Un grand merci à Hocine, le réceptionniste, pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son aide tout au long de notre séjour. Il a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.

Pros:

Все было прекрасно,море рядом,магазины,рестораны рядом,автобусы рядом,все компактно и очень уютно,на завтрак только хотелось бы больше разнообразия,а так все было супер и попали ак раз на праздник Сан хуан(ивана-купала),то для украинцев это немного страшно потому что взрывали питарды и салюты,,глаз дергался😅,а так все было супер.Рекомендую!!!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. easy to park on the street, transport connections good for travel into Alicante city

Cons:

The dinner was of a poor quality provided on the half board service, breakfast was better. There was no attempt to reduce the noise by the pool, which is immediately adjacent to the rooms, especially as there was music being played by the people themselves. The staff didn't seem to think that this was a problem for people during a siesta.
