A very poor mismanaged hotel that is not 4 star
Pros:

Very poor, they statute an English or Irish breakfast and no one could cook an egg

Cons:

Orange juice was watery, staff barged past us to help themselves to drinks, the first night we stayed the people either side played rap music until the early hours, kept running up and down banging on doors, we believe these were staff, the hotel seems to be run by young people, we left a night early as I really could stand their attitude any more

Pros:

Pros:

Obiekt bardzo ładny. Czysty i zadbany. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Jedzenie smaczne. Bardzo Nam się podobało i z chęcią tu wrócimy.

Cons:

Jedyny minusik. Ciepły bufet mogłyby być bardziej ciepły. I śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone. Poza tym żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Pros:

Kameralny hotel z miłą i pomocną obsługą. Spokojna okolica. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Blisko do plaży (kamienistej). Blisko do klifowo - skalistego wybrzeża , co było wspaniałym miejscem na spacer. Super dojazd do centrum Alicante autobusem 22 i dalej na lotnisko. Wygodne łóżka, fajny taras z bocznym widokiem na morze.

Cons:

Łóżka się przesuwały od siebie, zza drzwi słychać hałas. Mógłby być większy wybór na śniadanie, były monotonne ( ale bardzo dobre). Kabel od czajnika nie sięgał z biurka do kontaktu.

The staff were all so lovely and very helpful, the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The food was great and a wonderful selection at breakfast

My stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice balcony. Close to the bus stop to central Alicante. Nice food and plenty of choices.

Cons:

Noise. You can hear everything your neighbours are doing and saying. Kids next door were loud till very late night. People are loudly speaking over night and it wasn't even the weekend or main season. Receptionist didn't realise the problem. They are all very young and without the experience to deal with difficulties.

Fint og behagelig hotel med fantastisk personal. Du føler deg så godt tatt i mot fra du sjekker inn til du drar igjenn. Jeg og min mor kom på natta da vi landet med et sent fly og fikk en fantastisk fin velkomst av nattevakter i resepsjonen som heter Santi! :) Santi og di to unge guttene som jobber i resepsjonen på dagen var veldig service innstillte og hyggelige.
Kokkene og servitørene til frokosten var også veldig smilene og hyggelige :) Vi anbefaler å velge med frokost inkludert, den va variert og god. Stort pluss for litt sunne alternative som frokostblanding, med yoghurt og forskjellig type frukt. Og ekstra hyggelig var det å få et glass Cava til frokosten :) Takk for et fint opphold, vi sees igjenn :)
