Ubicación tranquila
Nos dieron una habitación, que luego nos cambiaron por otra, en la que había una puerta que hacía de separación con otra y se oía todo.
The building itself was nice looking
The rooms were quite standard and lacking personality.
The only reason I booked it was because it seemed a nice cozy hotel (and I even decided against one hotel in the city centre at the same price, because of this).
I do not think it is worth the money
Lovely hotel near the beach. Was great that you could get food all day. Nice outside terrace overlooking the pool where you could sit with your dog. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items.
I prefer a walk in shower rather than shower over bath.
Suveren service. Helt ok frokost. Rolig nabolag. gode bussforbindelser til Alicante. Suveren pizza i nabolaget. Anbefales! God gratis parkering rett utenfor hotellet.
Savnet eggerøre til frokosten. utover det, rikelig utvalg av croissants og svært god kaffe.

Muy agradable, el ambiente, el personal es estupendo, de verdad la pasamos de lo mejor.
No me gustó la posición del hotel de no tener encendido el aire acondicionado, estábamos a 23 grados y todavía estaban en las habitaciones con calefacción, se le solicito que por favor encendieran el aire y me dijeron que por política de la empresa no podían encender y que como era central no lo podían cambiar, y después de estar en el sol en la playa llegar al hotel sin aire no molaba nana de nada.
El personal muy amable, encantador, todo muy limpio, habitación acogedora, instalaciones muy agradables, la zona de piscina muy cuidada.

The hotel was beautiful and the perfect size, with the pool and the restaurant right on our doorstep. The staff were so kind and attentive, particularly the two guys that served us dinner. Both of them (separately) even noticed that I didn’t like ice but that my partner did without us even telling them! Our room was of a high standard (very typical hotel style) and was cleaned often. The pool is not heated but when it was sunny it was very fun to have a (albeit very cold) dip and then dry off in the (a lot warmer) sun. We really liked the medieval style of the outside of the hotel, it was very pretty and fun.
The beach near the hotel is fun, but not as good as the Alicante one as it is quite rocky and muddy.
Alicante is a beautiful city, only a 10 minute bus ride away (the 22 bus), where we spent most of our time. There is a great museum of archaeology, beautiful churches and a really great walk to the castle from which you can see the whole city. You can also get a boat to the island Tabarca and coaches to neighbouring cities like Torrevieja which is home to the famous pink lake.
The room was very cold, probably partly because it was out of the sun all times of day and there didn’t seem to be any heating. The dinner was not the best quality and wasn’t clearly signposted. Some days it was a buffet to self-serve from and some days it was a set menu of little choice. Neither option was particularly good quality, we did feel mislead by the photos of beautiful steaks in the other reviews. Breakfast was also fine. It was a buffet with not the most selection in the world of not the best quality but it sufficed. All in all, I would still recommend half board for its price and convenience though.

The single beds put together to make a double bed was separating constantly.
