Catastrophique, accueil lamentable.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans a ville.

Cons:

L'accueil de l'hôtel est totalement inacceptable. Nous avons eu à les contacter par téléphone. Une catastrophe. La réception honteuse. Aucune solution bienveillante au problème.
