Hotel Miami Beach

For the family with child very good and nice place. For the babies there are lot of activities. We enjoyed very well . rooms are clean and staff very kind and helpful .Thank you very much

Very beautiful hotel with clean rooms, with beautiful landscape and the kindness of the staff was unique!

We spent a week there as a family of 4 (kids are 2 and 5). We could not fault this hotel. Location is excellent: close to the centre of this lively town but also right on the beach. I was a bit worried because we don’t speak Italian but that was not a problem, the staff speak English and are super friendly. Nothing is too much to ask. Special thanks to Davide, the maitre, who made our kids feel special remembering their names and greeting them with a personalised comment every day. The food is delicious and there’s something for everyone. The rooms and the hotel in general are super clean. Animations are great, you can take part if you want to but they’re not being pushy if you decide not to. Thank you so much for everything and keep up the good work!

Been there for 6 nights in July. Everything was amazing. The food was great with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was extremely helpful and caring. Great animation team for kids with games and shows. Foam party was so fun. Highly reccomended and will be back for sure!

Excellent hotel. We were there for 8 nights with our 2 kids (1&4) and had an amazing break! Great food, professional and friendly staff, amazing animation (Prometteo team is top notch - even for our 4yo that speak no italian it was a blast).
We will recommend this hotel to our friends and will certainly be back!

I had a deluxe room which would have been a standard in any other hotel, but it was comfortable and clean, wi fi a little touchy but okay, nice breakfast in beach side restaurant which wasnt inside hotel, beach only 100 yards away, but pool.was never open in the 3 days i was yherr

Excellent hotel to stay right on the beach and with the perks of a Fantastic and fun beach club.
The restaurant is right on the beach so that adds to the atmosphere.
The hotel is adequate and clean. The staff is friendly and always there to help.

Hotel sicuramente bello e curato con nelle camere vista mare. Receptionist gentile e buon servizio colazione presso il Papeete.
Buono anche la presenza di un parcheggio convenzionato a 500m ampio e comodo.
Purtroppo gli aspetti negativi riguardano la clientela dell’hotel, maleducata e senza alcun rispetto per gli altri. Capisco il weekend e la vicinanza a luoghi di divertimento ma schiamazzare o sbattere porte alle 4/5 del mattino credo sia intollerabile.

Soggiornato nella struttura a metà Maggio, personale dell'hotel professionale, disponibile e simpatici.
La struttura si trova davanti al Papete beach quindi per chi è interessato è strategico ai massimi livelli. Ci hanno fatto anche l'upgrade di stanza dandoci la vista mare, ci torneremo di sicuro e presto.

Das Hotel war nett und freundlich. Es war Strandnähe. Natürlich war es sauber und ordentlich. Man kann schnell zur Restraunt, Imbiss, Kaufmannladen hinkommen.

Albergo datato... la camera Superior De Lux è sostanzialmente una presa in giro e la ristrutturazione è stata una mano di vernice e una nuova spalliera del letto. Bagno piccolo.
Le 4 stelle sinceramente non le merita proprio.
Unica nota positiva dell'albergo, la posizione, proprio davanti al Papeete. Se siete in macchina bisogna parcheggiare a oltre 1 Km. altrimenti si paga 1,20€ all'ora dalle 8 alle 24, parcheggio dell'Albergo sempre pieno, nonostante ripetute richieste di poter alloggiare l'auto al suo interno.

Stanza fronte mare con vista davvero bella.la struttura andrebbe rimodernata. Bagno in camera non da 4 stelle

Hotel vecchio, senza troppe pretese.
Accesso diretto al papete con colazione in spiaggia, carina come idea.
Nel complesso jon malvagio, ma da un 4s pretendo di più

per un hotel 4 stelle se escludo l'hall dell albergo che vale le stelle che ha il resto non lo vale camere con porte vecchie, maniglie usurate, bagno datato e vecchio con copri water in plastica, vetri sporchi in camera, balcone sporco.
