La doccia era quasi inaccessibile se non rischiando di farsi male, l'aria condizionata non funzionava bene, ogni volta si dovevano riconsegnare le chiavi in reception aspettando che qualcuno si palesasse poi per riprenderle, camera talmente piccola che non si sapeva dove appoggiare i bagagli

En sí, el hotel está bien. Modesto, bien ubicado, con instalaciones justas y necesarias.

Cons:

Al irte del sitio, tenías que dejar la llave de la habitación en la recepción. Mi amiga y yo avisamos que teníamos una boda y que volveríamos de madrugada y el hombre nos dijo que no había problemas. Cuando regresamos al hotel, la mujer de la recepción nos trató de prostitutas. Su primera reacción fue decirnos qué por qué tocabábamos el timbre, que llamemos directamente al cliente (???) y nosotras nos habíamos presentado simplemente diciendo "estamos hospedadas en la habitación 110". Ella dio como hecho y de bastante mala gana, que nosotras habíamos interrumpido su descanso para hacer una visita. ALUCINO. Efectivamente luego se ha fijado en la planilla de huéspedes y ha comprobado mi nombre. Alucinante la forma en la que nos ha juzgado. En atención al cliente esto es, como mínimo, un horror. No conforme con dar por hecho que éramos damas de compañía (estábamos muy bien vestidas, veníamos de una boda), le pregunté dónde paraban los Uber y Cabify y me contestó que hasta allí no ingresaban, que debía caminar hasta la zona de la Torre de Oro (950 mts) si quería pillar alguno. Pues me he despertado super pronto para poder ir con tiempo al aeropuerto y resulta que el hombre que estaba en recepción me dijo que simplemente tenía que caminar 20 metros hasta la esquina. En síntesis: FALTA DE RESPETO y DESINFORMACIÓN. No volveremos.
