Posizione ottima in pieno centro storico raggiungibile in 5 minuti. Appartamento spazioso con grande cucina, letto comodo. Parcheggio riservato dentro il residence. Ottima la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante del residence.

Migliorerei la colazione con qualche prodotto fresco dolce e salato.

The apartment is poorly maintained, parts of the wall are falling apart. The beds are uncomfortable. The building is next to the train station, the noise of the trains makes it difficult to sleep. Even though we had a reservation, the receptionist was not there to wait for us. We waited, tired from the trip, with the child for him to show up. The breakfast is a scam, they leave a few biscuits and croissants in the room. The worst accommodation I have ever had.

A pochi metri dal centro, seppur non in una bellissima zona.
Ottimi i materassi e le reti nuove, molto comodi. Appartamento datato ma spazioso.

Cons:

Il residence è lungo i binari del treno a pochi metri dalla stazione. Vi lascio immaginare il rumore dei treni di notte.
Bagno grande ma molto vecchio e malandato e non pulitissimo.
Caldaia a gas in cucina salone, all'interno dell'alloggio. Non proprio il massimo per chi non vuole dormire col gas.
Prezzo decisamente troppo alto rispetto a quanto offerto.

Pros:

Buona posizione in quanto si raggiunge il centro a piedi in 10 minuti. Ambiente un pò datato ma pulito e ben attrezzato all'interno dell'appartamento. Molto comodo il posto auto.

Cons:

Manca illuminazione nel vialetto dal cancello principale ma in realtà non ho lamentele.

Pros:

Sono diverse volte che alloggiamo in questa struttura , soprattutto per la posizione. Puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel loro parcheggio e poi andare in centro a piedi.
Sempre pulito. Ci è capitata la stanza "foresta" che in realtà era un mini appartamento dotato di tutti i confort .
Anche il ristorante merita tanto .

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita anche se un po’ datata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla cucina provvista di lavastoviglie e ogni utensile necessario.

Appartamento in una palazzina appena fuori dal centro di Arezzo. Comodo per visitare a piedi la città. Camere spaziose e bagno , piccola cucina con frigo e fornito di cibo per fare la colazione in appartamento. Parcheggio in un cortile interno. Perosnale gentile e disponibile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Essendo confinante con la ferrovia, di notte il rumore dei treni che passano ad alta velocità è molto fastidioso. La struttura fornisce i tappi per le orecchie.

Arezzo è una piccola cittadina gradevole e vivace. In uno/ due giorni si riesce a visitare tutto

La posizione comoda, vicino al centro. A dieci minuti a piedi è possibile trovare la via principale con negozi e locali. In circa 30 minuti si arriva in piazza grande.
Gli spazi abbondanti, i letti comodi.
Non è presente una sala colazione, in appartamento c'era tutto il necessario, dolci, salati, confezionati

Cons:

L'appartamento era adiacente alla ferrovia, con passaggi di treni frequenti, anche merci di notte.
Le dotazioni di cucina erano appena sufficienti, mancavano accessori, tipo spugna e stracci, anche se presente la lavastoviglie.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredamento datato ma funzionale e in ottimo stato. Abbondante colazione posizione ottima con parcheggio interno. Staff gentile e disponibile!

Cons:

Essendo vicino alla stazione si sentivano i treni notturni passare ma la struttura ha lasciato a disposizione dei tappi per orecchie monouso in bagno.
