Arrivata dopo le 20, quanto scattava la penalità, tutto chiuso e non rispondevano al telefono

Purtroppo ho fatto uno sbaglio di fare prenotazione alla residence verso le 19.15 durante una sosta in macchina all'area di servizio. Ho scelto la residence in base alla localizzazione e comodità che ho scelto, fra l'altro reception 24h, senza sapere che di fatto questa chiudeva alle ore 20. Il sistema dopo la conferma della prenotazione da parte della struttura mi ha chiesto l'ora dell'arrivo, ho risposto che "non so", non sapevo quantificare il tempo perché non conosco questi posti e meno tempo perdevo al cellulare per lettura/ risposte di tutti messaggi prima arrivavo. Sono arrivata verso le 20.15 e ho trovato tutto chiuso e nessuno che per un'ora rispondeva ai telefoni per contattare reception. Quindi se ne sono fregati visto che alle 20 incassavano 90€ della penale per mancata presentazione! Con l'occasione ho notato che una facciata dava sulla ferrovia, il parcheggio piccolissimo, il ristorante era chiuso.

Staff gentilissimo. Ottima posizione. A pochi passi dal centro storico. Struttura pulita e accogliente. La colazione è compresa. Dotata di parcheggio riservato. E' anche presente un ristorantino al piano terra.

Cons:

La presenza della stazione ferroviaria con il passaggio di numerosi treni rende la struttura un po' rumorosa.

駅から10分の徒歩圏内。部屋は二つ、バスルームには広い浴槽もあり、ゆっくり入浴できた。また、キッチンの設備と用具も揃っていて、数日間あれば食材を買ってきて料理しながら過ごしたいくらいだった。また、徒歩2分のジェラトリアのアイスも美味でした。

Posizione assolutamente perfetta, subito fuori le mura. Parcheggio veramente comodo e strategico per andare/venire liberamente. Ad Arezzo è veramente un plus.

Cons:

La colazione di prodotti confezionati è l'unica pecca.

Blizu centra mesta.

Cons:

Zajtrk, ki ga oglašujejo ni zajtrk. Vse staro, obrabljeno. V kopalnici voda nima pritiska, težko se stuširaš. Povsem zraven železnice, vlaki pa vozijo celo noč, vsakič te vrže iz postelje. Ni vredno tega denarja, ne priporočam.

Ottima posizione. A pochi posti fai centro storico. Struttura pulita e accogliente. La colazione è compresa. Dotata di parcheggio riservato. Unico neo, un pò rumorosa per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria. Per mitigare il fastidio, troverete in dotazione i tappi per le orecchie.

La pulizia, la vicinanza al centro e la disponibilità di una responsabile a risolvere un problema ben oltre l'orario di lavoro. Aggiungo che va bene se uno non si aspetta un servizio da albergo

La prossimità alla stazione che costringe a tenere le finestre chiuse e che é meglio fare la colazione in pasticceria.

La posizione è ottimale poiché il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti.
Appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario..
Molto prezioso il parcheggio interno.

Cons:

Passaggio dei treni vicino alla struttura, di notte per chi non è abituato può essere un problema.
Fare la doccia risulta complicato, pressione dell'acqua insufficiente e acqua calda ad intermittenza.
