We stayed in room 105 and it is definitely in need of repairs.
Pros:

I only got coffee but the breakfast looked ok.

Cons:

The carpet was filthy with stains everywhere. Needs to be replaced or at the very least deep cleaned. Bathroom needed work. There was no toilet paper holder on the wall, rolls just sat on back of toilet. You can see where it was knocked off and never put back on. Shower curtain was too short so water went all over the floor when we showered. Causing a slip hazard and tiles are falling off wall because water goes everywhere . Definitely in need of repairs.

It was close to the college

Cons:

It was dirty. 3 different types of big bugs the one night we stayed. A lot of rust on the door jams of the bathroom. Carpet was crunchy.

Cons:

Room “reeked” of cigarette smoke…worst I have ever seen. Couch and carpet were nasty and disgusting.

If I could have found another room on this football weekend I would have left…

The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom was quite large. However, the sink faucet sprayed water onto the counter when used. The WiFi did not work, the TV did not work, and the air conditioning was inadequate.

Cons:

It didn't gave ice so we had to purchase from store. I called ahead and asked about the pool and was told it was open only to find out that it was green as a dollar bill.

Disappointed that this place is part of the Super 8 facilities.
Pros:

The lady who checked me in was very helpful and made sure we could make the tv remote work.

Cons:

Room was missing the smoke detector. The door didn't have a threshold to keep the insects and heat out. The pool was totally green and not useable.

Location was close to everything

Cons:

The room wasn't clean. The AC didn't work good Slept without a blanket cause it was hot. And our toilet didn't flush. The microwave was rusted. There was no coffee pot in room. Won't stay again

Water dripped down from the bathroom upstairs. Shower curtain too short. Water on the bathroom floor. Dangerous fall hazard! Pool was dirty! Local kids were allowed in the pool, they not guests. Motel pretty run down. Not much to say about Wyndham expectations.

The property was clean and very nicely maintained there prices seem to very thorough from week night to weekends and to go through booking.com to get the best price when I usely get the better rate at the motel
